Disagree with a Democrat? YOU HAVE AN AGENDA, YOU FREAK!!!! So says the elite media; now serve out your sentence!
Can't you just see a young radical Kerry on Yale's campus back in the 60s, well before he stole millions as the nation's greatest crony politician, acting just as uproarious? But that's OK, he was a young radical DemoTraitor railing against a Republican President. This guy, however, must fry. And who better to grill him than Matt Lauer, the Lefts great useful idiot.
@networkdeath I don't like Kerry, but he did nothing to get this guy. In fact, Kerry talked them into letting him have time at the mic despite the fact that he was struggling with cops who were removing him for shouting into a mic while another student had the floor, cussing people running the event, getting physical with security, refusing to step down for another student to have her turn, berating the guest, etc. Kerry told them to stop the 2nd time they tried to remove Meyer as well
A little bullshit that he "Apologized" seeing as there was nothing to apologize for... More people need to be asking these questions but it's a little bit hard when no one will stand up for the fucking people asking the questions... America is a supposed democracy but the autocratic signs are everywhere...
@TheFosterFace He didn't apologize for asking anything. In fact, he reiterated that he thought those were important questions. He didn't back down from his stance at all. He was apologizing for the behavior that got him kicked out & eventually arrested. He was allowed longer at the mic than other students who weren't causing the crap that he was & Kerry answered him at length. The apology was for interrupting other students, cussing students, shoving security, refusing to let the mic go, etc.
never mind mamacornett, shes just the local TROLL whos decided its a good idea to repetitively post inflammatory replies to loads of people on a controversial video because she knows its easy to bait inane arguments
scroll down & see how she works with a couple other known TROLLs 'AndroidBarbieCollector' and 'thebatman' to harass & belittle people who post opinions they dont like
you are so right, i think displays of force like this are to stop people asking questions openly
i don't think he should have been sorry for asking his questions. i do think he should have been sorry for trying to resist arrest. they probably shouldnt have arrested him to begin with..
@madhatter82900 He didn't apologize for asking questions. he apologized for the stuff he did to get in trouble: cussing students in charge of the event, cutting line & screaming into the mic while another student had the floor, cussing into the mic, shoving cops, pretending to be arrested for questions when he knew they wanted him to leave. He was only being made to leave at first, but he insisted on struggling & trying to get the crowd to think he was being arrested, so they eventually did.
Cops should have been fucking killed. Kerry should have been killed for letting it happen. And everyone in the auditorium should have been killed for standing by and cowering down to a fake authority.
@bigliketheplanet You don't think it's maybe because he really was legally in the wrong?
It's not like he's taking back anything he said about the election. He's only apologizing for acting like a douche & pretending to be arrested for questions, which is what got him in trouble, not the questions which are public record & were being brought up on TV at the time &that Kerry spent a good deal of time answering even tho they were trying to close the Q&A & it wasn't even Meyer's turn in line.
"And once I'm actually a police officer, I will be able to personally arrest the skaters who may be foolish enough trespass on my business. I'll probably be working in my store in uniform. Sure, that might be double dipping the system, but who's gonna tell on me when I become "the man", right?"
Wow, somebody sure has their head shoved WAY up their own ass.
@TheWanderinSoul "Again, dip shit, those were the LOWERED charges he received for his plea bargain"
Then using the Florida penal code as your proof, show me where the sentencing guidelines for the ORIGINAL charges carry a life sentence. My guess is you'll continue to be a coward and avoid answering this question.
@AndroidBattleTrooper I'm not talking about the charges he plead out to, moron. He was even told, as he was being arrested, that he was looking at attempting to incite a riot. People are OVERcharged on a DAILY basis, which assists the DA in coercing plea bargains out of defendants. When stacked together, he could EASILY be looking at consecutive sentences, that would have the affect of a life sentence. Nice try, jackass.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@TheWanderinSoul "I'm not talking about the charges he plead out to"
And that's why I asked you to show me where the ORIGINAL charges carry the potential for a life sentence. If this is true, it would be very easy for you to prove your case. All you would have to do is cite the sections in the Florida penal code. What's the hold up?
@TheWanderinSoul "He was even told, as he was being arrested, that he was looking at attempting to incite a riot."
And show me in the Florida penal code where the charge Inciting a Riot carries a lengthy prison sentence. Tell me the exact page where this can be found.
@AndroidBattleTrooper He has no idea what "inciting a riot" means nor does he care. He's even come on here and claimed he'd have beaten the shit out of the cops if he was a witness to this, yet he simultaneously claims that "inciting a riot" was a trumped up charge. LOL So the guy's show, while being LEGALLY, & fairly gently, led out of a room, makes people say "I'd have attacked the cops for this," yet he claims there was no chance at all for Meyer's behavior to incite crowd violence. WOW!
Of course he doesn't. Yet he'll continue to insist that the charge carries a possible life sentence in Florida. Do you see how he resorts to ad hominem when I call him out to prove his accusations? Typical troll tactic.
@mamacornettesmoney "He's even come on here and claimed he'd have beaten the shit out of the cops if he was a witness to this, yet he simultaneously claims that 'inciting a riot' was a trumped up charge."
I know. Not only is that blatant hypocrisy, but can you imagine how bad Meyer would have been injured if the police officers in this video had WanderinSoul's temper?
@mamacornettesmoney "So the guy's show, while being LEGALLY, & fairly gently, led out of a room, makes people say 'I'd have attacked the cops for this,' yet he claims there was no chance at all for Meyer's behavior to incite crowd violence."
I see you've already learned how to turn the trolls' fundamentally flawed arguments against them. You are a quick study.
Prove it. Cite the evidence that supports your accusations.
"When stacked together, he could EASILY be looking at consecutive sentences, that would have the affect of a life sentence."
Again, using the Florida penal code as your proof, show me where the sentencing guidelines for the ORIGINAL charges stacked together carry a possible life sentence.
you are so right, no wonder android is getting angry
isnt it funny how hes demanding penal code? inciting a riot & using violence on a cop are felonies but the charges he faced were misdemeanors. hilarious how he dosent even know what that means huh
android is just another copsucker here on youtube to justify the police state, full of hypocrisy, double standards & just plain contempt for the citizens of his own country
Where do you see proof of that? I'm not the one reduced to hurling profanities and resorting to ad hominem attacks. That's your newfound troll friend, TheWanderinSoul.
"isnt it funny how hes demanding penal code"
Why wouldn't I? WS is making accusations that could easily be proven or disproven through utilizing the Florida penal code. It's not my fault WS runs when I call him out to prove his accusations. He must have learned that from you.
@Reggieworth "inciting a riot & using violence on a cop are felonies but the charges he faced were misdemeanors"
Which is generally what happens when a first time offender agrees to enter a guilty plea. It's not my fault you never took the time the learn about the legal system.
All you fucktards can keep voting down or spamming my comments, I don't care... I will keep posting the truth about what happened here to people asking the questions about it.
@thebatman101069 Obviously, WanderinSoul thinks the worst thing he can call a person is a "bureaucrat". He hasn't stopped using that word in the pejorative sense for the past two weeks.
@pinalo2009 The date on this Youtube vid is November 1. So yeah, this was indeed around Halloween. Possibly even Halloween day itself, since that was the day before this was posted.
This is a free country. We want to ask questions about stuff. That guy should not get tasered. I think the police was trying to do their job but they were wrong. Stand up. We all have rights. He didn't do anything wrong
@davidli105 questions didn't have anything to do with it. he was kicked out for various reasons, including grabbing a mic out of turn while another student was asking what was to be last question, cussing event organizers, shoving cops, refusing to leave, screaming that he'd be arrested if they heard his questions, etc. They agreed to let him ask a question before leaving, but he wouldn't let Kerry reply, got angry when they told him time was up, & cussed so they cut it & resumed his removal.
Which doesn't mean that you get to violate the rules of college forums, disturb the peace, and resist arrest.
"We want to ask questions about stuff"
And when you ask someone questions that you feel are important, do you then allow the person to answer your questions, or do you interrupt and talk over him like Meyer did with Kerry?
@TheWanderinSoul "3:15 After the prelude, you can VERY clearly see that Meyer was just trying to avoid outlandish charges."
If the charges were so outlandish, then why not fight them in court and try to get all of them dismissed and end up having to serve no probation or write any letters of apology? Only a guilty party would agree to the conditions that Meyer did.
@TheWanderinSoul you're an idiot...what he did wouldn't have gotten him locked up for life. He was facing a first time charge, of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Why are you so afraid of the truth about what really happened?
@TheWanderinSoul "They LOWERED his charges to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest because he plead out."
Duh. That's what happens in the American legal system everyday. You would know this if you actually did some research instead of screaming mindlessly about ZOG all the time. Also, if you knew anything about the legal system, you'd realize that defendants who are facing possible life sentences do not get put on 18 months probation merely by pleading to lesser charges.
@AndroidBattleTrooper "defendants who are facing possible life sentences do not get put on 18 months probation"
The DA's can manipulate the charges all they like. It's how they get so many plea bargains. Obviously it is you who does not understand the legal system. You're going to fit right in with the police force.
@TheWanderinSoul "ALL the guy did was ECCENTRICALLY ask questions"
In addition to violating several rules of the forum, creating a disturbance, and resisting the lawful efforts of the police who were placing him under arrest. And that's just what was recorded on video.
@TheWanderinSoul i know that he plead out, fucktard. the point is, asking questions "eccentrically" is NOT all he did. He caused a disturbance, breaking the law of disrupting an educational institution, then he broke the rules which got him thrown out, refused to leave and caused ANOTHER HUGE disturbance, again breaking the law. game set match.
@TheWanderinSoul by the way, you want to know the truth about what happened here, it's all included in the video I put together. You afraid to look at it and read the description? What's so scarry about the truth? Because it's not controversial enough? That the police were just doing their job perfectly to a T? Because this was not an example of any wrong doing on police part when knowing all the facts? Stay ignorant my friend, ignorance is bliss.
@TheWanderinSoul "No, only someone faced with being locked up for life would agree to the conditions that Meyer did."
Using the Florida penal code as your proof, show where the sentencing guidelines for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace carry a life sentence in prison. I issued this challenge to you last week, yet you had no response for me. Why are you so afraid to try and prove your claims?
@TheWanderinSoul Locked up for life?? WOW you are in a fantasy world! if this was even close to the abuse you are pretending it is, he'd have had civil rights lawyers lining upto represent him, which they were at 1st, before they looked at the facts
How can u think such a high profile case would be ignored by lawyers? I still haven't heard a decent explanation why he'd be in jail for saying things that were on national TV at the time? He'd probably just watched the History Channel Doc on S&B
@TheWanderinSoul If the charges were so outlandish, as you claim, why didn't he get a lawyer to fight it? If what you are saying is true, he should have easily been able to have this dismissed. They have lawyers whose sole purpose is to fight things like you are claiming happened. The ACLU has an army of lawyers ready for such cases. Why didn't they fight it? & if they were shutting him up, why is he on network TV saying he still believes the things he was talking about? Why did Kerry answer?
@TheWanderinSoul what were so outlandish about the charges? It's all on video what he did. The proof is right there. The investigation agreed, and the deal that was worked out betweent he prosecutor and meyer's lawyer was more than fair. He recieved 18 months of probation, had to write the letters, do some community service and apologize to the university. Which is much better than having a felony on your record, which they had more than enough evidence.
@thebatman101069 TWS knows the facts. I believe he's part of the Reg crew, or Reg himself. Facts are of no concern to him, other than something to be flagged as spam and voted down with multiple sockos. In fact, your comment has been voted down between the time I read it and the time I responded, despite having no thumbs down when I first found it. LOL
never mind androidbarbiecollector, hes just a loser TROLL who thinks hes invented a new way of killing time at his crappy job watching little TVs in a mall
hes just mad becasue there is a steady stream of people each day that come here & post a comment like yours that the kid didnt deserve to get tasered considering he posed no threat to anyone
its good that you feel strongly enough to post your view, dont let a degenerate TROLL like androidbattletrooper bait you into a flamewar
@Reggieworth "hes just mad becasue there is a steady stream of people each day that come here & post a comment like yours that the kid didnt deserve to get tasered considering he posed no threat to anyone"
Anyone who says that Meyer posed no threat to the officers or the other students once he started resisting arrest is an idiot and a cop hating troll. Just like you.
@davidli105 he wasn't "Just asking questions" that's the point. He was a major disturbance in the event when it wasn't his place to do so, he then was given a second chance to behave and act accordingly, but didn't, then was asked to leave and refused. That's why he got arrested... you want to know the COMPLETE story, go to my channel and watch the video I put together on this subject
I still don't know what the hell he even did to get arrested. He went up to a podium, and was obviously allowed to talk before the police tried to arrest him. You can't arrest someone for talking in that scenario. He wasn't vulgar, and it isn't against the law to slander someone if you are of equal or lessor political power. If someone could clarify why he was even arrested, that would be great. I agree with the tasering for resisting arrest, but just what the hell was he arrested for?
@SladenKing Watch "Andrew Meyer Tased, Justifiably So ..." on Youtube & read the description/links, particularly the article "What Youtube Doesn't Show" by the moderator, Uf Professor Dennis Jett, & any of the witness reports.
Long story short, he caused a disruption when they announced time for 1 more question. He cussed students, shoved cops away, interrupted another student who had the floor, etc. They made an agreement to let him ask a question, but he wouldn't give up the mic & leave.
@SladenKing goto my channel, watch the video I put together on this incident... read the description underneath that includes links to various independant sources where I got the information from. You'll learn exactly what he did.
Do you realize that before this tasing incident happened, your hero, Andrew Meyer, was seen on a very busy avenue the morning the last Harry Potter book came out, & held up a sign that gave away the ending, & he videotaped people's reactions to it? He also USED to be a student journalist, but no more. Know why? He was kicked off for writing inflammatory comments about cancer fundraising. Nice guy, eh? Take his dick out of your mouth for 2 seconds & do some research on who this clown REALLY is.
@andymeyereatshispoop Just sit back and watch WanderinSoul unravel. He keeps humiliating himself with his ZOG rhetoric. Reggie will happily join him since he hates America as well. Before long, Reggie will be able to add yet another suspension to his account.
@AndroidBattleTrooper " Reggie will happily join him since he hates America as well"
The only pieces of shit here that hate America, are you bureaucratic morons who support the very system that is destroying us. Have fun trying to be an unpatriotic patriot, you fucking moron.
@TheWanderinSoul "The only pieces of shit here that hate America, are you bureaucratic morons who support the very system that is destroying us" Is bureaucratic the worst thing you think you can call a person? LOL. And just because I don't see FEMA camps or black helicopters on the horizon like you ZOG types does not mean that I hate America. I think America is a great country. It's the spoiled crybabies like you who whine with a loaf of bread under each arm that hate their country.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Isn't it funny how morons like TheWanderinSoul throw around terms like 'zionist jew controlled government' like the paranoid anti-Semite racists they are, and yet he doesn't even realize that his butt buddy, Andrew Meyer, whom he spends all this time defending, IS a Jew. "I honestly don't give two shits about the "law"". Go back to snorting your crystal meth. You'll be back behind bars in no time, but look on the bright side. Maybe you'll get to share a cell with your boyfriend, Andrew Meyer.
@andymeyereatshispoop You said it yourself, I saind ZIONIST jew, dumb ass. The only one here sucking Meyer's dick is you. You're the one that has an account dedicated directly to him.
So, do you always use ad hominems to support your rhetorical red herrings? Try raising a valid counterclaim, dipshit.
@Reggieworth There are companies out there that pay people to fill forums with comments. The implications of those kinds of businesses can be endlessly diabolical, when you think like these pieces of shit.
@GeorgeMazur29 Because the auditorium is set up with 2 walkways/aisles. One on the right, one on the left. It's so students on either side of the room could have access to a mic without having to walk all the way around the auditorium, and to easily form 2 lines going up each aisle.
It looks to me like they settled out of court and a condition of the settlement payout was that he "admit" publicly that he broke the rules of the debate.
@eggthing There was no "payout", but apologizing almost certainly was a part of his probation. It's how he avoided going to trial for the charges & getting them on his record.
@mamacornettesmoney Probation? He committed no crime. He may have been loud and overly passionate but that is allowed in a free nation. The behaviour of the police was despicable. At no time did his behavior constitute a threat. The US is becoming a disgrace.
@eggthing No, he shoved people around, cussed event organizers, grabbed a mic out of turn, etc, & fought with cops instead of leaving when told to do so. Of course that is illegal.
What does a "threat" have to do with anything? "Threat" has nothing to do with it. More like "nuisance", and he was simply kicked out for that. The arrest was for his behavior after being kicked out the 2nd time.
@mamacornettesmoney ""Threat" has nothing to do with it. More like "nuisance", and he was simply kicked out for that."
NO, he was tasered, arrested, and faced VERY severe charges. He only got off like he did because the same people who are trying to cover up what he was attempting to expose, used this as an opportunity to make the Truth movement SEEM discredited. This interview CLEARLY showcase that point.
@mamacornettesmoney "apologizing almost certainly was a part of his probation. It's how he avoided going to trial for the charges & getting them on his record."
you are so right. careful of mamacornett & androidbarbiecollector, they are just loser TROLLs who know that its easy to bait inane argument with the steady stream of people who express the view that the police overreacted
they are just angry that the kid got off pretty much scott free after being arrested for all kinds of HILARIOUS criminal charges after merely protesting a bogus removal that he [and others] consider a violation of 1st amendment rights
@Reggieworth "the kid got off pretty much scott free"
Getting off scot free would mean that all of the charges would have been dismissed. All of the charges were not dismissed and Meyer was sentenced to 18 months probation, in addition to having to write numerous letters of apology. No one in their right mind would call that scot free. Then again, bigots like yourself are never in their right minds.
@Reggieworth "he and others consider a violation of 1st amendment rights"
Andrew Meyer and the "others" are irrelevant. The District Attorney and the judge did not feel Meyer's 1st Amendment rights were violated. Meyer ultimately saw things their way, otherwise he would have never written his numerous letters of apology.
What does it prove? You've never explained that. You've never provided any logical or coherent explanation for any of your accusations. Are you now going to tell me that I have to play a Beatles' song backward to understand the subliminal message in Meyer's words?
If you notice, the show host keeps avoiding the topics he tried to ask about in the incident. All he asks about is topics related to the incident and himself.
He resisted a lawfull arrest and deserved to be tasered? since when is freedom of speech a crime punishable by force? ...all i saw was a guy getting attacked for asking one to many questions....where's your basic moral compass?
@GoblinWeenog That's not what happened. Watch "Andrew Meyer tased, justifiably so ..." and read the links/description, specifically "What Youtube Doesn't show" by the moderator, Dennis Jett & the witness statements. He was simply being escorted out of the room for a variety of reasons. He didn't get "attacked" at all. If you watch closely, the cops are simply telling him to walk out with them, but he's putting on a show & it's the 2nd time that day. It wasn't even his turn at mic.
@GoblinWeenog He probably wasn't even tasered. If you really see the video you can see him crying at the same time the taser was activated. You can't speak when tasered. Besides there were too many contacts with the guy at this moment, too dangerous to tase him. Also I believe that resistiing police forces in America is a crime. And he clearly resisted. I'm not a lawyer of the cops, I just say unfortunate things can happen if you try to resist the police.
@AndroidBattleTrooper "Do as I say, Not as i do" Fuk Ur God damn pussy "rules" the guy spoke for a mere :30 sec. before YOUR so called "PEACE" Officers bull-rushed the kid! Go fuk urself pussy, Move to SIBERIA Lib-tard, N see how U like it!? Scum like u don't want Freedom, PERIOD! Oh my god he disrupted the all Noble Senator....Taze the scumbag..
@TheDarthvader9999 He was in trouble long before they told him the time (that EVERYONE was to follow) was up. It wasn't even his turn. They had announced that they were taking last question so he shoved his way to a mic, cussed event organizers, shoved cops away from cops & loudly refused to leave. They STILL gave him a chance to ask a question before leaving & he STILL acted a fool. Fuck him. He went there to cause a scene just like he bragged he'd do at the event he disrupted a week earlier
Actually, Meyer spoke for 1:35. Violation #1. He was permitted to ask ONE question in the 30 seconds each person is alloted under the forum's rules. Meyer asked at least FOUR questions, to say nothing of the fact that he kept interrupting Kerry. Violation #2. Then he used the term "blow job". Violation #3. This is why his microphone was cut.
Next time, do the research before running your mouth and making yourself look stupid.
Sorry if the facts scare you. "Move to SIBERIA Lib-tard, N see how U like it!?"
That's funny, I was just about to tell you the same thing.
"Oh my god he disrupted the all Noble Senator"
Which is a violation of the forum's rules. Every other student was able to abide by these rules. Meyer chose to disregard the rules. And all of this is before he chose to resist a lawful arrest.
@AndroidBattleTrooper "Which is a violation of the forum's rules. Every other student was able to abide by these rules."
Again, MORE bureaucracy. He didn't hurt anyone and was passionate about what he had to say. He didn't deserve what happened to him. Your "it's the law" bullshit doesn't fly. Not all of us are as stupid as you and think that the law is perfect. The law should work for the people, it does not. This is a police state. Figure it out, jackass.
Listen to the LibTard around 1:30 "Unruly" Yeah Motherfuckers, now in the United Police States "SPEECH" IS to be considered 'UNRULY" gO FUK URSELF CBS! InfoWars.com
@TheDarthvader9999 "Libtard"? I can appreciate your sentiment about the bureaucracy of all this; however, Liberalism is merely a political agenda to enforce liberty and equal rights. The fuckers you see on "left" mainstream media do NOT represent Democracy, nor Liberalism. We are led to believe all kinds of fallacies about Democracy, republicanism, capitalism, socialism, and communism, along with MANY others.
I don't understand how one cannot watch this video and not see a rabble rouser, scene maker, instigator... trying to ask foolish questions from a CONSPIRACY author’s book. He went to make a scene, get attention, and detract from an informative Q&A forum. Lauer calls him on his BS and he apologized for violating the forum and people still whine “his riiiights were infringed” ... HOW? he never stopped screaming and OVERREACTING the entire time!!!
@Randawgshungry "I don't understand how one cannot watch this video and not see a rabble rouser, scene maker, instigator"
That's because they're cop hating bigots who chose to remain willfully ignorant of the facts. As you said, Meyer himself even apologized. These idiots will never be able to accept that fact.
TEXT: "According to eyewitness and police reports, the...confrontation captured on Meyer's camera was not the first interaction between police and Meyer at the event that day..."
[Search "Andrew Meyer Wiki" to understand the full context for his arrest. Interesting that he didn't let his friend videotape his long, aggressive takeover of the forum...since *that* behavior led to his arrest -- not his question to Kerry.
@publius123dolphin He had every right to present his questions in the manner that he did. Stop being so damn bureaucratic. That's why we're this mess.
@TheWanderinSoul "He had every right to present his questions in the manner that he did."
No, he did not. When you speak at these types of forums, you are required follow certain rules. This has already been established. In the future, you should try researching a subject before shooting your mouth off and looking like a moron. Meyer himself admitted that he violated the forum's rules. Apparently you weren't watching this video with the volume on.
LOL. What mess are WE in? I'm not the one who got arrested because I couldn't follow the lawful orders of the police. I'm not the one who got Tasered because I failed to heed the multiple warnings of the police to stop resisting arrest.
@Randawgshungry you have no idea what you are talking about. i am not dumb. and you are abusing this video by marking everything as spam, when you are the only spam here.
@Rusty559 I haven't marked anything with spam! I have only COMMENTED on people's posts... maybe you should have the facts before you type. and yes I do know what I'm talking about. and you DEFINITELY are DUMB!
@Rusty559 free speech has nothing to do with what happened... he caused a disturbance and created a scene. That's not protected under the first amendment. When someone makes their own rules for language at an event and wants them enforced, that's not protected under the first amendment. When being asked to leave because you're a disruptive element in the event, that's not protected under the first amendment.
I just have to say that he should have never even apologised, i would have taken this shit to the supremem court if i had to just to properly have my rights defended, this man obviously had his shat on
@da9el1 He did not get arrested for any questions. I know he tried very hard to make it look that way, but it simply isn't true. The videos & the witness statements make it
@mamacornettesmoney Anyone who thinks that Meyer got Tasered for asking questions is simply an idiot or is just a willfully ignorant, cop hating bigot.
@da9el1 He didn't ask important questions, he asked conspiracy nonsense. He brought a camera to track his bad behavior; he planned to make a scene. Matt Lauer calls him on it and his mommy and daddy and lawyer have to step in. He was full of it. He was arrested for resisting police officers orders, not for talking. You misspelled douche and used the wrong "you're". You shouldn’t ever share your opinions because you are remedial and need to go back to school.
So what if they are? What does that have to do with Andrew Meyer violating the rules of the forum? Meyer never even gave Kerry a chance to answer even one question because he was so intent on making a scene.
"and this is america free speech"
Freedom of Speech does not apply to forums such as these. There are rules to follow and Meyer admittedly violated them.
YOU are the bigot. He did nothing wrong by calling kerry out on his bullshit. Forget the "rules" that were put in place to prevent a REAL discussion of REAL issues. You are nothing more than a ignorant jackass. MOVE ALONG!
@TheWanderinSoul "He did nothing wrong by calling kerry out on his bullshit"
As usual, you cop hating bigots miss the point of the issue. Kerry is not the issue here. Meyer is. Meyer deliberately violated the rules of the forum. This is why he was ejected from the forum. Meyer's intention was not to expose Kerry's "bullshit" in any way. Meyer's only goals were to act like an idiot and disrupt a forum which was supposed to be a learning experience for the other students.
@AndroidBattleTrooper I'm not talking about the charges he plead out to, moron. He was even told, as he was being arrested, that he was looking at attempting to incite a riot.

If you are legally blind, what business do you have commenting on this issue?
TheWanderinSoul 2 weeks ago
@GoblinWeenog He probably wasn't even tasered. If you really see the video you can see him crying at the same time the taser was activated. You can't speak when tasered. Besides there were too many contacts with the guy at this moment, too dangerous to tase him. Also I believe that resistiing police forces in America is a crime. And he clearly resisted. I'm not a lawyer of the cops, I just say unfortunate things can happen if you try to resist the police.

Which is a violation of the forum's rules. Every other student was able to abide by these rules. Meyer chose to disregard the rules. And all of this is before he chose to resist a lawful arrest.

From Wikipedia:
SECTION TITLE: Incident Prior to Start of Video.
