It looks like a female I believe. My friends budgie is a male and he is a big boy I had her take a look at this vid and she thinks it is a female to. Lol hers sing the Naruto theme to! :P
oh if you look at the skin above the beak and if its dark blueish or purple its a male and if its tannish pinkish color it's female but its hard to determan if not fully grown.
UPDATE: Now I know it´s a female. She´s got eggs few months ago :)
