Since Kucinich seems to be still in the race and producing ads could he be in theory be elected as a write-in candidate? I mean would votes for him, if he were written in be counted in every state? Or would he be ignored like if you wrote in "Stephen Colbert"?

He is not running for president anymore, this ad is for his reelection into congress, which only voters from his ditrict of Ohio can vote him in. You could still write him in the presidential ticket, but it would be a waste of the vote since he is not running anymore, unfortunately :(

As a citizen from a 2008 "battleground state"; Wisconsin, I see how bitter and in most cases shallow campaign ads can be, and Mr. Kucinich's is nothing but encouraging and fair. He had my vote in both the 2004 and 2008 primaries and I will continue to support his efforts regardless of party affiliation, as long as the message of realistic change and hope remains the same.
