You could say that it is the Warden Commander's Armor (Warden's Keep DLC) and the sword and shield sad to say but not in the game. The eye thing.. all for show

The eye thing could actually just be some of the smoke that was obstructed by his face and illuminated by the opening door so it looks bluish since the background is dim.

Or he's so damn cool that blue smoke comes out of his eyes.

This games story is beyond expectation in terms of storyline. I absolutely love it!!! But I got bored easily with the gameplay sadly. I loved the trailers and I would've liked it to be more dynamic. Bioware outdid itself with the story, but I think the gameplay could've been more exciting. Anyway this is the first game that I considered replaying. THE FIRST GAME I EVER MADE ME CONSIDER WHAT I MISSED. Too awesome man.
