@chrissuuhjaxon umm,look up SONY VEGAS HD RENDERING SETTINGS. or just go to file > properties > then theres a bar & look down & click 720 - 30 MB or w/e put best rendering settings x] & check ' set all new files with these settings ' or w/e enjoy.

all you do is when you download it the download will say "save" or "open" you click "open".

then it will go and start up sony vegas ...

once it opens up you put your pics and vids in the timeline :))

but I think I somehow changed the settings...and I forgot what they were.
