@silvermediastudio drugs are a non-violent crime. 3 strikes you're out legislation, sold to us as targeting violent offenders only, is now used to put misdemeanor offenders in the penitentiary for life. Separate, more draconian sentencing mandates for crack as opposed to other cocaine forms, deliberately targeted AA people for longer incarcerations.
