I used to be able to inject myself just fine with the autoinjector, but now I'm terrified of it. I had no bad experiences using it or anything, I just can't do it any more. I freak out and start crying. I'm not afraid of needles, my mom injects me by hand now and I'm fine with that. Any good ideas on how to ease up and be able to use the autoinjector again?
Wow. That looked complicated. My MS nurse has just recommended the Avonex pen to me, and Im due to see her sometime in September to try it. I have to go to my GP surgery to have my injection as I cant do it myself lol!!!!! Well done. Sharon x
@Rainbirdclan it's not really that complicated -- you can do it!! It is alot more convenient to perform the injection at home by yourself instead of going to a clinic. Go for the injection training, and they will explain everything. Give it a try ... you might be surprised how strong you are :)
