Im italian..from south... the real word is "capisci" , pronunciation like Kappichi, ...

but as he speaks with a strong Napolitan accent( in the serial his grandparents where from Napoli or somewhere close to the city) he says "capisc.." because in their dialect they have the tendence to cu the end of the word...all th characters of the sopranos family talk with a napolitan accent...

By the way capisci means "do you understand?" or in this case is more like "are we clear to each other"?

A fan from Sweden. Love the whole show. I have watched it like 3 times now couldn't think of a more realistic maffia show. Sopranos the best out there and much credits to Tony Sirico and the Sopranos Glorified Crew.
