Most Jamaicans are of West African descent whether they know it or not. At least 1/3 to 1/4 of these descendants came from kingdoms or tribes that were Islamic. If a Jamaican converted, she would probably be going back to their ancestors religion. A few Jamaicans are of mixed raced so she could or could not be Jamaican. If she grew up in England then she would have an English accent not a Jamaican one. Not all black people in Britain are Jamaicans; there are different nationalities there.
