It's odd that Stephanopoulos is confused as to why Halpern claims this opens the door to Ayers etc. I mean Stephanopoulos hit Obama with Ayers in the debates at Hannity's suggestion. Who needs a door opened when you have people like Stephanopoulos?

You want to know why McCain is not talking about political issues? Here is the answer:
McCain voted against equal pay legislation, because he is a sexist. He has a 20% voting record on DAV (disabled american veterans) issues, because he does not like funding for injured soldiers.
Moreover he has no plans for America. For example he has no idea how to pay for his tax cuts, so he will rise the government debts, although he calls himself a social conservative. McCain is not ready to lead!
