@dmhockeyfanatic All Good, was actually there @ encounterfest when they recorded this album in 2002 so at the time that is what it sounded like & after hearing it again since you've mentioned it, it still sounds like either "yes sir" or "yes ahhh", will have to ask Tulele if I see him around church to confirm but from what I hear about the guy personally, I don't think he would ever say "you suck".
I play the high E and B strings open then hammer on to the second fret on the B string. Then on the fourth time hammer on the 2nd, then 3rd fret, then pull off to the second...

I believe it's a hammer on on the 4th to Sixth frets and pull off. I may be wrong but that should be basically the finger work.
