i think u are way off with your rpm calculation of 750. my calc gives it a tsr of 138.67
diax3.14 /39.4x750/5=tsr
The RPM of 750 is "measured" and the calculation for the tip speed ratio is as follows:
TSR = RPM * circumfence / (60 x windspeed)
circumfence = diameter * PI = 0.295m * 3.1425 = 0.927m
Thus TSR = 750 * 0.927 / (60 x 5) = 2.32
I cannot find where I am wrong with it.
