Once one obtains an honorific title, such as president, judge, and yes, even governor, they are entitled to be referred to by that honorific until they die. Regardless of how much you hate fox noise or republicans, It is simple common courtesy to refer to former, major office holders, by the honorific they attained. But then again, as attested to by your video postings, it appears you have no real concept of common courtesy. A sad defect in today's society.

If you look at 2:36 when she mentions that she didnt think Trent Lott was a racist, Fox has a photo of Lott up before she finishes her sentence. So either the producers were very quick in recognizing the person she was referring to and puttting it up on the screen, or they had it ready because it was a planned response Fox was aware of.
