porcupine tree is absolutely incredible. in their less contemporary songs, more of their progressive songs, they collaberate absolutely perfectly. Listening to songs like deadwig and amnesiac bring such a music-induced high. love it

Steven, can you explain - WHAT do you find in "Sunn O"? Is drone really enough to be called music and loved?

oh well its in a copy of an independent porcupine tree magazine i own called carbon nation, theyre well worth picking up if you can find them on the internet,

thanks a lot,i just known this guy from the two studio albums of opeth,where he was the producer and i find out that he is a great musician with many talents

Furthermore he released a solo album in 2008 and created many other projects under the name of Bass Communion, Continuum and IEM (Incredible Expanding Mindfuck), but those are less known. Anyway, I agree with you about putting PT on nr. 1 :) then Blackfield, then no-man (someone else, Tim Bowness, sings there).
