Secondly, at least one of you needs a full time job so you can keep up on house and utility payments. Thirdly, your time with friends will not be as important to you as it will be with your spouse. Not that they are bad sacrifices, but you have to adjust to a newer life inside of marriage.

These aren't exactly "sacrifices," they're just part of getting married and being married. As far as friends go, I'd always choose my husband over my friends and he is the same way.
