  • How do you cut the cutting boards? No matter how I try, I always get melting along the cuts.

  • As inexpensive substitute for UHMW, I clear coated just standard ply sheets and it slides GREAT, and I can keep the $20, that Sam's club would've had.

  • Dont worry about your video making skills, your mortise jig is 1st rate. I am in the process of making one, Thanks!

  • do you have drawing for the jig

    pethuds

  • Found the T-track plus at woodcrafters for 12 bucks. Lowes doesn't have anything like it. I actually want to use the application for flutes, native indian kind.. thanks for this big money saver.

  • fantastic, thanksfor this

  • Well thought out. Thanks!

  • hey yea it's really true. Sams sells a 1/2 inch sheet that is only 10 bucks and is bigger yet. See my other videos at jdn6863 especially part 1&2 of this mortise jig in use

  • Nice video, Iv seen that cutting board material hundreds of times and never thought of using it for jigs. It's got to be a lot cheaper than the stuff they sell in the in the woodworking supply magazines. We have three in a drawer in the kitchen butI better go buy my own or my wife will kill me for stealing her cutting boards
