As inexpensive substitute for UHMW, I clear coated just standard ply sheets and it slides GREAT, and I can keep the $20, that Sam's club would've had.
Found the T-track plus at woodcrafters for 12 bucks. Lowes doesn't have anything like it. I actually want to use the application for flutes, native indian kind.. thanks for this big money saver.

Nice video, Iv seen that cutting board material hundreds of times and never thought of using it for jigs. It's got to be a lot cheaper than the stuff they sell in the in the woodworking supply magazines. We have three in a drawer in the kitchen butI better go buy my own or my wife will kill me for stealing her cutting boards
How do you cut the cutting boards? No matter how I try, I always get melting along the cuts.
