Even though I am not a fan of country music myself, this is a great song indeed, as it made the American Top 40 charts around June 1987. And this was the last country song to cross over to the Billboard Top 40 Pop Charts - until Billy Ray Cyrus's 'Achy Breaky Heart' 5 years later.
1987 was also a great year for wedding ballads: 'Together' by Joey Gregorash, 'I'd Still Say Yes' by Klymaxx, and this one. It's a shame music nowadays is nothing but crap by Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, etc.

Okay, so maybe some Restless Heart fans can help me out. Nick Gibson, a singer from Oklahoma, has a song out called "No Need For Goodbye". For the longest time I've thought that it sounds like a Restless Heart song but for the life of me I can't think of which one.

@y2joct7 I play the guitar and keyboards but I just sang this song to my wife of 18 years and she melted....I worked on the vocals until I had it down perfect then surprised her one day in the car when it was just us when the song was on the radio.

@manofreedom I was in the hospital with my girl while her mom was giving birth. We went to the gift shop and LeAnn Rime's how do i live came on. I sang it to her and dont regret it. I remember when she told me basically move on now she's all over me :D

No-sorry to confuse you. I was listening to this song yesterday and I was scrolling around and saw 'Tracyann". That was my true love's name. I just typed that note in because I was feeling melancholy. I don't think she'll ever see it on here. It was more for therapeudic reasons. LOL! Best Wishes-Mike

My wife and I used some of the words to the song in our wedding invitation. "Ill be yours until the sun doesnt shine, till time stand still , untill the winds dont blow'...July 4th 1987, 22 yrs later, children ( stp) are grown and 10 grandchildren.
