I got an MP3 for Christmas and filled it up with my favourite sounds, including Charlie's albumns. Now, I walk my dog across the fields and listen to Charlie with grass beneath my feet and the wind in my face. I'm not a very spiritual man but those moments are probably the nearest I shall ever feel to being close to God. Beautiful countryside, the elements all around me and Charlie's relaxing voice deep inside my head. In a World of high pressure, this mans voice helps keep me sane.

Last year I came across a recent photo of her and
it was the first time I had seen her in over 35 years. In her sixties and in poor health. In my mind she is still young and bueatiful and I have never stopped loving her. Make the most of what you have, you can never go back and do it again.
Beautifully written and captures that once love that was lost but we won't ever forget... I think it happens to most of us.. and will always bring their memory back to us when we hear this song. You're right, you can't go back and do it again... can only Remember!!!

I got an MP3 for Christmas and filled it up with my favourite sounds, including Charlie's albumns. Now, I walk my dog across the fields and listen to Charlie with grass beneath my feet and the wind in my face. I'm not a very spiritual man but those moments are probably the nearest I shall ever feel to being close to God. Beautiful countryside, the elements all around me and Charlie's relaxing voice deep inside my head. In a World of high pressure, this mans voice helps keep me sane.

@TheTrevorKrueger Hi,I ''discovered''Charlie about 8 years ago,he changed my life,his music made me feel spiritual,and very tearful for about 6 months,because it stirred me,and made me realise I was not dead inside.When he sings ,Like Rain,I think it is the most beautiful song ever written.I met him backstage and asked him why he wrote it,no reason he said ,I just wrote it.His voice is like healing balm.
Like you I go up the woods with my dogs,and sit by the stream,nature's music,keeps me sane.

How many so called singers ,could sound like that with hardly any backing.I believe that Charlie was sent to fulfil our spiritual needs,his voice takes you somewhere you have never been before,his self penned lyrics strike a chord somewhere very deep,all this and more with just the tone of his Heavenly voice.

This song is so sad - it takes me back to the early 1970's and a girl I loved - song is about us.
Last year I came across a recent photo of her and
it was the first time I had seen her in over 35 years. In her sixties and in poor health. In my mind she is still young and bueatiful and I have never stopped loving her. Make the most of what you have, you can never go back and do it again.
