@iiMaiiYuu I have used sai for seven months and the difference to me is the water brush is difficult to master and takes a lot of practic and doesnt blur as well as the blur brush, whereas the blur brush makes the shading quite awesome as I say because its what I have always used so if you want to use the water feel free but its difficult where the blur brush is easier. @tamiiland well, I can't explain the definite answer to CG but it's a very detailed shading coloring, like you see on manga covers, how the coloring is, or on anime posters...

Oh! Well all you have to do is copy and past the flowers =3. You get the selection tool. Select the flower. Copy it. Then paste it where you want it ^^.

Ah well Im not a professional but im sure people use photoshop for that XD; You want be able to do all those effects and stuff but you can use the ink pen in a black color and just go from there. Again im not an expert so you may have to ask more people OuO.

The tablet can either work on a mouse or pen setting. The pen setting makes it so the tablet areas correspond to the screen areas. Which makes it freakishly hard to move the pointer around. And the mouse setting makes it work like the tablet pen is a mouse.
