  • I find that a good diet and going on a treadmill works fine for me.

  • @abbydabi76 Me and my wife also got great results with that diet method in a really fast time. Never happened with any other diet program before. If I remember correctly, the site name is like WeightLossAction.Info.

  • This is the most amateur workout ive ever seen on youtube. Kid, why are you telling people to workout..and yea a circuit will definately make you lose body fat. Fat loss isnt just running. That can be damaging to your metabolism and impede weight loss dramatically. Weight loss = Running, Circuit style weights, and proper dieting (eating 5 times per day). Bigger muscles burn more calories, more calories burned equals weight loss.

  • This ain't no Fat Burning, this is overall bodyweight and weight workouts. Wanna melt fat away? go jogging. Wanna have defined muscles? do muscle definition and jog.

  • im not hating but i dont think this is effective, you're only working 1 muscle with only 1 exercise except for legs, thats not effective? and the exercises you're doing doesn't get your adrenaline and metabolism going in order for you to burn fat/sweat e.g chin ups and dumbell rows. its a weird combination. check out Mike Changs upper body circuit training and his lean/fat burning circuit training. im not hating just giving out advice :)

  • @MELLAD4 You don't need to deadlift 400lbs like I do but something that will fail at 5 reps. With deadlift you don't need many reps.

  • wait, pull ups are when your palms are opposite from you and chin ups are palms facing you

  • @MrHuge411 yes subtle difference but chinups will hit your biceps a bit more while pullup will hit your lats a bit more

  • @GiganticTubaa I am 14 too, and I have been working out for a few months. When I began, I wasn't fit all, my cardio sucked and I wasn't lean at all. Now, I'm lean, almost have a six pack and I am really proud of my body. Here is what I did:

  • @GiganticTubaa I started working out a lot, an hour a day.

    I did cardio to reduce my body fat.

    I started to take whey protein powder, which is good for you and npt harmful at all, unlike steroids and some supplements.

    Finally, I reduced my consumption of bad fats, to reduce my body fat too.

    You are 14 like me. and at our age we are growing kinda fast, so it is easier to loose weight and to take muscle mass.

  • @GiganticTubaa Sleeping is mainly for being more tall, but helps to bodybuilding too.

  • Cool circuit, this one was more upper body focused, do you have any lower body focused circuits?

  • @madmardygan Huh? 1 and 4 focused on the entire legs.

  • @macknificent100 Burpees (4) are a good shock workout but it's not a focus on legs. That leaves dumbbell lunges. Granted that's a good legs work out if you up the weight or reps, but with what he is doing most people will fatigue on pull ups first especially doing paired rows (that's the hot spot here). Additionally you don't see people with huge max weight lunges, I'm looking for a different program for my own reasons.
