I'm sure that most recordings of almost every professional artist uses autotune to get better takes. Country musicians do it, rock musicians do it, hip hop artists do it, it's really only a bad thing when you crank it up all the way to get the modulated effect that some modern musicians abuse. Autotune isn't THAT bad, but it's annoying when it's overused. In this case it definitely wasn't.
