Lovely, but please post the rest if you have it. It's a very inspiring video, so much so that I'd go ahead and have wilted spinach with seasoned raw egg, cheese and herbs. Maybe that's someone's staple diet (watch out for salmonella etc.), and I don't want to say that's not a very good thing, but I'm dying for spinach lasagne now. I really am.
