Pug was driving the rv, but since it was slow as shit, dave was pushing it w/ ricks truck to get it up to speed. I say it's a 50/50 fault, dave did the right the thing & he admitted it by making a video. Pug wanted to do the jump, dave assisted, people yelling at dave to slow down but a pick truck engine/rv moving at the same time. It's kinda hard to hear.
Fire comes cause they are trained first reponders and assist the paramedics with moving the patient. as well as sometimes the ambulance might be busy with another call or further away so Fire goes and starts to work on the patient, etc.
