i use that stuff on my lawn all the time. I have dogs that make brown spots and while that area heals, this gives the grass stress free time to grow back. And this stuff is water resistant for up to three months. Once you start mowing, a good sign, then your painted grass it slowly removed and replaced with new grass.
Although my grass looks decent without the dye, I like the color and will paint my whole lawn just for curb appeal. Soon!
Well this is good to know I will look out for this when I look to buy a house. So I can drop a few thousand off the asking price for fraud.
