haha this is a safety video they showed me in my shop.. personally i think they should cage operators in so that if they are as stupid as this they go down with the ship. Safety note: no seatbelt haha

Where I used to work we had an accident-prone forklift operator, and he drove off the end of the warehouse loading dock. It was almost as funny as this!
He was unhurt, but he was never again allowed on the forklift.

haha little mistake, he jumps off the forklift on its right side and dives into the water on the left side of the forklift.

Accident, or on purpose, nearly looks like it to me? Doesn't look like the safest place to driving forklifts anyway...
