What is it like in the third dimension? There are objects but no time. As time is the fabric of space-time, how can a 'place' exist without time? Does it mean the third, second and first dimensions don't exist?

It is really interesting to understand how little information our senses actually process in the big scheme of things, and yet it works for our 3d plane. I wonder what preceiving sensory information for the 4th dimension would be like....hmmmm.
