If only it was that simple!

I got my ink cartridges from a company (Not Epson) for my DX3850 but it just keeps coming up saying my ink is empty, I've tried many techniques but is there any out there that can help me?

@sirprincy try resetting your printer. buy the cartridge with the brand of your printer. buy it at a regular store like cvs, bestbuy, or officemax. service the printer.
