  • Its easier from a straight up extension because if your bases don't pop up the flyer high a full down wont happen, and you guys are just going to do the same thing you did in this video.

  • If you look over your shoulder sharply, you will spin faster. One of our girls has a double down from a prep. Also, If your bases would use their legs more when loading, it would go up a lot stronger & more stable. (:

  • there should be more mats, it was okay but the squish/smush/ whatever you guys call it wasnt great, and dont worry about the twist, you'll get it eventually.

    tip: practice laying on the floor, arms by your side, and twisting over without using your arms, when you can twist all the way round, your ready :) keep trying!

  • the back should move in closer, it will help when she goes in to catch and she can give the pop more power.

  • Bases need to bend their legs while lifting rather than just using their arms but other than that, this was pretty good.

  • backspot pull up wayyy more, get in closer dont back out it makes it really hard to pull up...the closer you are the better yuh pull up. it may feel weird but try it ;)

    backspot- are you even doing anything besides touching her ankles? actually pull up!

  • my stunt group just got their full. backspot, when you pop her, cross her feet for her when shes in the air. it will allow her to whip herself more, and flyer, pick a spot behind you and look at it at all times.. good luck!!
