Got gas,, just go to a fishing tackle store and get the wire leaders they use for biggame fish, they have snaps and swievls on both ends, screw one end to the torchs frame and just snap the other to the lid,
You could also install a threaded cap, (with a drilled vent hole), to cover the plumbing stopper so that the stopper wouldn't fly off.

With only 200ml of gas in the small tank it won't go far the test cap is heavy. I may put an external cable on the test cap to the frame .
