  • i know what i want for christmas

  • KOLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • F15 Eagle,F22 Raptor and Blackbird= my favorites planes

  • F 15 EAGLE ,F22 RAPTOR AND BLACKBIRD = MY FAVORITES PLANES

  • this video is in the website called Our favorite Paper Airplanes. The website shows you how to make paper airplanes and has a paper F-15 eagle

  • @mike101342 AMAZING PAPER AIR PLANES.COM

  • @grgrmgagnl1 ya

  • Just agree. Excellent air superiority fighters.

  • ohh this sound is like music

  • we in Belgium dont got music at Wheels and Wings Airshow:'(

  • well this my 3rd favorite aircraft is the best

  • whats is the name of the song at 5:20 ?

    Sorry for my bad english.

  • f15.....my best fighter..i wish to be an eagle driver

  • love how song is unaudible

  • who sings the song of the all video?

  • nothing beats the shuttle for manned rate of climb 55,000 feet per min

  • i agree with cereal

  • f-15s are the best aircrafts ever produced.they have been in service for more than thirty years by irsael U.S.saudi arabia but none of them have been shot down yet. they are very agile and can accelerate up to mach 3.

  • maybe in climbing

but thats not the best for sure

it lacks in dog fighting and can be shot down easier than many aircrafts

  • ha ha ha the F-4d sky ray from the 1950s can beat the su-27 climbing to 50,000ft in just

    1:07seconds

  • a superb plane and a superb song, korn for life

  • Alway been my favoirte.. such a sexy airframe.

  • I agree, sexy girl! nice fighter..

  • you are right in your estimate of the amount of thrust that the f-15 has stelth. each engine puts out 29,000 lbs of thrust for a total just shy of 60,000 lbs for both of them. granted the f-15a/c/d models where deployed in 1972 and the e/f models in 1988 they are still some of the top jest out there. with a top speed of 1,875 mph which is 2.5 times the speed of sound it is also one of the fastest in service.

  • Love the sound of those engines. Close to 60,000 lbs of combined thrust (correct me if I am wrong). Thats amazing power!

  • And if a modern day battle happend with the latest fighters thrust vectoring wouldn't even come into use anyway, you would be shot down well before ever needing to use it lol

  • Cross Into The Blue

  • well the F15 was a great aircraft in the 90s, but this is 2007! we have F22 Raptors, F35s, Su37s and PAK FAs up in those skies. and all of those have thrust vectoring. Thats the only reason why the F15 is going to have to be phased out, other than that its been very common throughout history to engage in dogfights with inferior aircraft, I mean look at the Brit Hurricane, hundreds of them went up against the better BF109s and 110s and still won the Battle of Britain

  • Sup again. I've been commenting too much! There was an F-15 with 3D TVC called the F-15 ACTIVE and an F-16 MATV. They were only used by NASA though. The USAF claimed it wasn't usefull enough in combat for the cost of maintaining a 3D TVC engine.

  • I know. my uncle works at Boeing formerly McDonnell Douglas. He mentioned that they have a 3D TVC F15, but that it never went into production. But in reality, isn't that all that matters? that they actually build the things? I dunno, he seemed pretty confident that we're still ahead of the Russians.

  • Say what you want about the F-15. Its combat record speaks for itself: UNDEFEATED. Whatever jet(s) went up against it...is dead.

  • exactly true

  • I 3rd this, never lost in combat. Plus it's still the toughest looking plane ever built.

  • airshow kid next year go to cleveland

  • our belgian f-16 are better,,:p

  • doubt it

  • F-15 is an old plane, but still a performer. I saw one at an air show in England a couple of years ago and was very impressed.

  • US pilots should learn aerobatics from the Russians. Whats with the high speed fly by's? lame rolls and barrel rolls....freaking too careful.

  • Because the Russians publicly show off thrust vectoring equiped planes. The US doesn't except for the F-22.

  • The Russians show off the extreme capabilities of their planes because airshows are more of a sales pitch for them now, rather than a show of operational capability. The Russian aircraft can do plenty of cool things, but an F-15 is still a very large handful for pretty much any foreign aircraft even now.

  • if you want to see aerobatics, then don't search for F15s, search for the Blue Angels. I'm sure there's more than a few videos of them on youtube

  • That low speed stuff is pretty high risk. It doesn't make sense to risk plane and pilot just to make people go "ooooh...aaaah" for a few minutes.

The combat record of the f-15 speaks for itself. No other plane in the world has its lethal combination of raw speed, maneuverability, radar, weapons, avionics, etc. (besides maybe the eurofighter and f-22).

Let the russians keep their stunt planes. I'll take the plane that has shot everything it has ever faced out of the sky.

  • It's pretty clear where the American doctrine for air combat is. The Russians may focus on nimble dogfighting, but with the F-15 and (especially) the F-22, the Americans have shown they wish the end a fight before it can even start.

Then again ... if NASA's experiments with the F-15 were ever actually used in the USAF's fighters, you'd wind up with an Eagle that could pull the exact same tricks.

  • yeah i was there too, it was fuckin awesome

  • cool

  • I was there...and it was awesome
