there are about 3 version to play this song:

1 with open chords the other with capo and the last one is the way i play it, which is also happenes to be the same way the artist plays it.

why to copy the artist?

well, for this song, its pretty hard to play it, and i like playing complex melodic songs, i mean its not fast, but its pretty hard to play, and i like it =]

I even knew it was hard at first but its getting a bit easy now. And I'm having trouble with the part you're having problems with but its getting a bit easier once you keep playing.

I admit that the Chorus part is the trickiest part when you have to reach your pinky to the fifth fret and then move all the way up.
