1/10th of a second. However, this might be a bit more useful. When creating a clip for a time lapse, the shutter speed should be as long as the aperature allows. This makes for smooth movement instead of having frames that are jerky.

may i ask what the time/shot interval settings were for the 2nd paris one?

Sure , it was a shot every two seconds. I noticed that someparts of the carousel appeared to be moving backwards when played back at a higher speed.
