wow crimson king, country life, low, devo, VU - looks a lot like my list. might i recommend the debut album by Ultravox! - no, not the whimpy incarnation of the band fronted by midge ure but the original with the ballsy john foxx slinging sharp lyrical hooks and the whole band putting their own spin on roxy music, bowie, and kraftwerk. co-produced by eno, might i add. i think you would like it
Im a MASSIVE glam metal and punk fan. This is the first smiths song ive listened to apart from "how soon is now?" (i listened to it for half an hour on repeat) and this is fucking awesome. Dont be taking me to fucking topman though.
I do like your list of favourite albums. I too was recently constructing my best albums and we have some similarities. Brian Eno's "Another Green World" is so underappreciated, and one of my favourites as well (you might also be interested in Robert Wyatt's "Rock Bottom" album). The Queen is Dead, Low, After the Gold Rush, Velvet Underground, Roxy Music are all favourites of mine. Good list If do say so myself.
although, if i were to put a Black Sabbath album on there it would probably have to be "Master of Reality. If I were to put an album on there by The Fall it would be "This Nation's Saving Grace." The Fall really does have too many good albums, though
you forgot of put in your list: Jefferson Airplane "Somebody to Love", Black Sabbath "The Thrill of It All", Legião Urbana "Eu Sei"(look here in youtube),The Fall "Shoulder Pads" & "No Bulbs" but is a powerful list,my friend.
wow i love a lot of the albums on your list

Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others is possibly the best track on the album, adore it. Great album though, I like most of the songs on it.
