  • @jtangjerd The 305 did an awesome job!! and the HOB is an AquaClear 50

  • nICE TANK/SETUP. i GOT A 55GAL WITH 5 HAD 6 rED BELLYS BUT ONE GOT EATING. bUT ALL IN ALL LOVE THE SETUP!

  • i would lov a piranha but i liv in the ca

  • they look sweet, love Piranha's!

  • By the way i love piranhas despite their bad reputation of being boring.....Sweet tank bro

  • @Mrmomtanks thank you, I don't have this tank anymore but I did enjoy it when I had it

  • Hey thx for the sub man i subbed back

  • @Mrmomtanks thanks!

  • this blog Rocks and flyinRy is a B.O.S.S. ya heard.

  • I hear you can put max 3 in a 55 gal

  • does anybody no where i can get one my local pet shop wont get em for me and i cant find anyone online i can buy them and how many can i put in a 55 short

  • @WolleytheMonster you technically can do 5 pushing it alot but youd need alot of hiding places so you dont have a war break out and end up with one piranha, but for comfort about 20 gallon a fish and each fish should be almost the same size if not someones gonna die lol

  • Can you feed them blood worms?

  • @St8Solja Yep!

  • i love the video. where did you get the piranha from?

  • @bloopersarecool98 Thanks! I got them from my local fish store.

  • no its coz ive got baby fish and im just checking if they would eat them

  • they are bored...thats why they swim all around like shit

  • Would it be possible to put piranhas in a 10 gallon tank?

  • @TheAskadio No, that is way too small for Piranha. If they are just baby fry you could, but not for long.

  • @TheAskadio not even if they are fry piranha are very fast and the glass on a 10 gal tank is extremely thin even a half inch piranha could break it its best for a 55 or even larger tank do to a lot of space for these amazing creatures.also a small tank could stunt the growth and not only that they are a dirty fish an a 10 gall would filth up in a few days btw 55 gal tanks are cheap 100 bucks new and you can get on craigslst for 50 with stand and filter

  • @TheAskadio ii have done this be4 so its coming from someone on a tight budget and i have 10 years in fish keeping

  • where can u buy them

  • @beastoflv I bought them at my local fish store

  • @weareallwet petco/petsmart sell them?

  • @Bnardo19 No, not in my area. I'm not sure if any big chain pet stores will carry them since they are only legal in about have of the United States.

  • how big will they get will you be able to keep them in there for life? or will you have to upgrade later

  • @HeadlessHorseman1234 The 55 gallon was perfect for 3 piranhas. I had them in there for over a year. If you get anymore you should get a tank around 100 gallons

  • Love them, got one huge one now (he ate the rest) I can put my hand in and he's fine, follows me around, got some smaller fish in and he leaves them alone now. Put a bigger fish in and I would give it 10 mins

  • So you can't stick your hands in there to move around stuff or anything?

  • @Chris07860 No I can. Usually when I had to clean the tank or move stuff around they would get scared and stay away from me. I did have a close call one time when I thought he was going to strike and bite my finger!

  • @weareallwet When are they normally in attack mode because I was under the impression that anything that goes in the tank is free game?

  • @Chris07860 Usually just when its feeding time. They are actually skittish fish and become very scared when my hands in the tank.

  • @weareallwet That's pretty funny I guess it's just the image they carry because of what you think when you hear or see the name Piranha lol

  • I was thinking "shit.. Why the fake plants?" then I realised, to fix this problem you'd have to stick your hand in there and plant real ones... Fuck that!

  • @jigmesam haha yeah. I did have live plants at one point but they would tear them up. it wasn't worth it. lol

  • really beautiful colors on those rb!! wat do u feed em??

  • @ruckaisawesome Thanks! I fed them frozen beef heart, plankton, and some live feeder fish like guppies, livebearers, and goldfish.

  • OMG LOOKY THE FAKE PLANTS!! haha..they now hide in your bathroooommm..I mean...I don't like stalk you or anything......really I don't....cause that would be all..umm...all...all....stalkerish.....

  • @MyGoldfishCare101 Geez you're good! lol Someone actually noticed. hahah I do miss my Piranha tank. i'm thinking about putting them back in my 20 gallon, idk yet. oh hey quit stalking me ;)

  • @weareallwet haha:) I notice things;) Will do;)...maybe...

  • Oh and they are Juveniles, not adults yet.

  • Just to answer a view questions I had: Yes, they are fake plants, the FLUVAL is amazing, I did water changes weekly, Piranhas are messy and eat frozen beafheart, plankton, and live fish.

  • This video came from my channel, ipittsburgh. I am deleting the original because I want my fish vids on my channel. THANKSSSSS

  • This is my old 55 gallon Piranha tank.. I no longer have the tank but feel free to ask questions!!
