That is just unacceptable!! How horrible are his past owners. If they couldn't afford to keep him why not try to find him a warm home somewhere? I just can't believe the heartless subhumans who abandon their companions who will wait until they die themselves and I know everyone who has a dog knows this!! Where can we send donations?? A dog should never be put up as free because too many people will abuse free!!
