Rhodes Mark 7 Preamp

Maybe anyone will explain to me why from the note n° 51 to upnotes, Rhodes chooses good "brillant metallic" sound and from n°51 to downnotes, Rhodes chooses "neutral" sound ? How to resolve it on my new Rhodes ?

@DESMYTTER Just contact Rhodes, have the same problem, they sent me new black hammer tips that should resolve the issue. I didn't have the chance to replace mine but will do it soon. While my Recording setup is very straight forward in this video I have to add that you can tweak the preamp to a large degree to make it sound like a MK I II or something in between.

As far as I know there ist no distributor for the UK yet. since Arbiter went bankrupt. They are sold in Sweden and france at the moment. Maybe other countries too but not sure. You can alway order directly though.
