6.0 garbage? ur out of ur mind!! my work truck ( a 2003 f550 superduty) has that engine, yes it has way the fuck bigger turbo's then some shitty ass 350 like in this video but it has and will beat the living shit out of any 550 7.3 piece of garbage... hands down 7.3 is garbage when you have a 5300kg bobcat on a 1500kg trailer, with 7000kg of wieght on the truck itself in the dumpbox. when the truck itself wieghs 4800kg empty, in that situation the 6.0 reigns king

Coming from experience working with a fleet of 6.0 access buses, the 6.0 is the biggest pile of crap Ford ever put out; the 7.3 was the last good diesel they ever built.

cummins 24valve is the best out of all the diesel. with a powerstock u cant put any power adders to it and if u do u have to do over the hole top end of the powerstock but not with a cummins u dont have to do much and why would u want the same motor that they have for there gas motors the old powerstock are better then the new powerstocks have

a 5.9L Cummins Diesel has the same Horsepower and 40lbs. more Tourque than the 6.0L has. The 6.0L was unreliable and had tons of recalls and cost Ford Hundred of Millions of dollars and the Turbo used in the 6.0L sucked big time cause it has a dreadful lag. Im afraid mastertech1978 is confused and must be talking about his own truck cause Cummins has alot more snap and belive me i own a cummins and they perform and last longer than anf Ford put on this planet

@Moparman58 Tell my boss that. He had to replace his 2007 Dodge Ram w/Cummins with under 38,000 normal driving miles. He Just bought a 2010 F450 Dually with the new 6.7L and he is loving the way it pulls. The Ram was so sluggish with the 24ft trailer behind it and it wasn't even as big as the Ford.
@rickillam i dont know if i believe that one so much but even so dodge doesnt even make the cummins. the 2010 ford with 6.7 probably does feel more powerful because it is. who knows if it is going to be a good engine though

If you had even own or driven both or eve all three available diesel engines from GM/Chrysler/Ford you would still rave for the 'Mopar'. I know because I drove both vehicles and it wasn't just the engine. The Dodge itself was riddled with transmission problems. Under 38,000 miles? The interior rattled within a year of him buying it. I would rather have a GMC. But, hear the Duramax is the worst.

@Moparman58 Like you I am not a Ford/Dodge/GM fan when it comes to V8's or diesels. My boss told me he went to the 07 Dodge because he was told it was better then the 1993 he had years ago. Guess the only thing he said was better was the ride and fuel mileage. He told me yesterday that even though the Ford is heavier and bigger it pulls better and the fuel mileage when towing is not far from the fuel milege when empty.

I offer Motorsport coverage and interviews with racers, homemade explosives, how to videos, automotive videos. yeah i offer the same as rickem, without the crackhead comedy. i work for a living, i dont need youtube money. It seems to me that without Dave Rock, you have NOTHING to offer your viewers. Without the farm, you are nothing on youtube. You're basically posting videos like i post, yet you are getting PAYED to do it, and i even use an HD camera @ least.... & in your videos you are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

A lot of fords diesels have teething problems(6.0's).So what?Dodges have shitty build quality and parts.They eat brakes and ball joints and have poor resale value (a lot are made in mexico).Chevy's have those shit rear ends and ints.clusters, electrical problems are overpriced and most are still made in mexico .When toyota puts out a heavy duty diesel pickup i am going to sell out and go buy one.

They are all over the world. They started in the US in the state of Iowa making plows, thats it. they moved their way up and are global now. Get your shit straight.

It's not really about their plants all over the world, it's about screwing their people over, even it was only half of the plant, for a fist full of dollars. I know my shit. there are 4 factorys where I live. 2 of them are constantly laying off people and never hiring them all back. one of which is the sub contractor that makes all the wheels and rims for John Deere. I know what happens when people lose their jobs, but ya know what? Life sucks. Then you die. There's no way around it. Everybody needs to learn how to deal with it. I did. You're 18 & got your whole life & opportunity ahead of you. What about the 50 year old guy who spent 30yrs in a plant that lost his job. The one that still owes another 10 years on his mortgage while his kids are in college. Ya, life may suck but you got 60-80 years to deal with it before you die. At 18, you've got alot of "dealing with it" to go.

a 5.9L Cummins Diesel has the same Horsepower and 40lbs. more Tourque than the 6.0L has. The 6.0L was unreliable and had tons of recalls and cost Ford Hundred of Millions of dollars and the Turbo used in the 6.0L sucked big time cause it has a dreadful lag. Im afraid mastertech1978 is confused and must be talking about his own truck cause Cummins has alot more snap and belive me i own a cummins and they perform and last longer than anf Ford put on this planet

@Moparman58 .... i'm not sure either way never driven either one of them .... just what i heard from people that has had cummins and powerstrokes ... i am a hardcore ford guy but i do have a 98 dodge 2500 4x4 with a 360 magnum truck will pull the world if you can find a big enough chain .... so mopar is close behind ford on my list .... chevrolet comes in down at the bottom along with geo metro and any foreign vehicle .... <----- i'm gonna get alot of hate comments about that one ... lol

@Moparman58 Tell my boss that. He had to replace his 2007 Dodge Ram w/Cummins with under 38,000 normal driving miles. He Just bought a 2010 F450 Dually with the new 6.7L and he is loving the way it pulls. The Ram was so sluggish with the 24ft trailer behind it and it wasn't even as big as the Ford.

@rickillam i dont know if i believe that one so much but even so dodge doesnt even make the cummins. the 2010 ford with 6.7 probably does feel more powerful because it is. who knows if it is going to be a good engine though

If you had even own or driven both or eve all three available diesel engines from GM/Chrysler/Ford you would still rave for the 'Mopar'. I know because I drove both vehicles and it wasn't just the engine. The Dodge itself was riddled with transmission problems. Under 38,000 miles? The interior rattled within a year of him buying it. I would rather have a GMC. But, hear the Duramax is the worst.

@Moparman58 Like you I am not a Ford/Dodge/GM fan when it comes to V8's or diesels. My boss told me he went to the 07 Dodge because he was told it was better then the 1993 he had years ago. Guess the only thing he said was better was the ride and fuel mileage. He told me yesterday that even though the Ford is heavier and bigger it pulls better and the fuel mileage when towing is not far from the fuel milege when empty.
