I remember seeing Wilt support with Reel Big Fish for Sum 41 (the shame!) when I was 13. For me, Wilt stole the show and I instantly bought Bastinado and My Medicine with a few singles and such. Wish I had known about Kerbdog back then too. Suffice to say my music taste has taken DRASTIC turns since then. but boy this is some delicious nostalgia...thanks!

We'll, either way, having Cormac or Billy write that heavy stuff from the first album, they were at their best then, as a four piece, with the heavier material mixed. For me that was the stuff I will recall as being true "Kerbdog" rock.

Where's Billy Daulton? That's the missing ingrediant. His influence was all over the 1st Kerbdog cd. All that heavy shit was all his.

No it wasn't it was Cormac. Billy couldn't really play the guitar that well and suffered from stage fright. They were more influenced by early Helmet on the first album

Oh, well Cormac dropped the ball on that one. He let a good thing go. He should have kept up with the heavy and the pop mix. That was a killer. As far as I am concerned, Kerbdog and Wilt only made one record and that was the debut by KERBDOG. I realize the other albums for the talent and direction they we're going, but the 2nd KERBDOG album should have been called WILT too. They only released one true KERBDOG c.d. GOD will have to understand why. Long live the memory of what once was.

Actually they are Irish, in my view most of the best bands are British. Britain are world leaders in music, most of the heavy metal pioneers are Brits; Iron Maiden, Zeppelin, Sabbath, Deep Purple and more
