  • guys

He is a hand balancer.. but sorry my father Reub Martin, was doing this and far more 50 years ago...

  • Anyone watching this should check out my weighted tiger bend video. I am grateful to be the first person to get such a seemingly impossible move.

  • I performed these weighted for a whole new level of challenge. Check it out on my channel, its this but with 20lb weighted vest involved

  • watch?v=yJE4Jy3N16A 14 yr ol boy does this almost 5

  • thanks for this video, really great! i am reading the links you posted!

  • I have a tutorial for the tiger bend on my blog, link is in my channel, and im looking for strong people for the contest iv started for this move

  • @2brothersofstrength i have been looking for a tiger bend tutorial.

  • im pretty strong but I cant do the tiger bend. What exercise can I do to help me with this move.

  • Really good I can just do one for now

  • thats some balance....how many years of experience man

  • Oustanding!!!!!

  • Saying he invented the tiger bend is ridiculous considering it was already invented.

    Awesome strength, excellent videos.

  • I wonder why that other bloke thought he made that stuff up. Nice though it is.

Reub Martin was doing all of that, and soo much more before these people were born.

    Nice work.

  • hee is livewire dont you guys know????? he is the bestt in the wordl fort handstands loooool havent u see??

  • That's excellent! I was wondering if you might be able to give me advice. I can do the down part easy, but going up from forearms to hand stand is harder for me. When I push my chest forward to get on my hands, my body tends to roll out of it kind of like doing the worm. Is there any technique to try to get my body more stable when transitioning from forearms to hands so that I don't roll out?

  • Ha! that guy so didn't make those up! It doesn't even look like your trying.

    Nice "inner strength" man.

  • that's really good ! 5/5

  • Yes man, very good!

  • This "Hitman" is a hopeless sellout, trying to sell his videos with "things he invented", when he didn't invent anything that a gymnast or a circus guy already did before. Tell that guy to get a job.

  • I wish i was that flexible in my back. Do you crossfit?

  • To me, it doesnt matter who invented the move, its all about how well you executed it. Hit(Cali-Kingz) does some of the best handstands on Youtube, your not bad neither. Much props,I cant do neither Handstand of Tiger bend well enough to call someone out.

  • dude u will allways be stronger then that kings guy

  • who cares who made it up?!?! none of you are gunna gain money or much credit out of it! u both display excellent strength and co-ordination enough with the hating!

  • Sorry for the REALLY late reply but Tim won the Freerunning World Championship out of his handstand abilities.. And he also does gain money out of Freerunning.. lol, sorry again for late reply :L

  • hey mate, got a question about these. I'm a bboy training this skill and consitantly getting two in a row but really having difficulty getting by body up over my head (after two i just fall back onto my feet as i push up) just lack of strength then? Would you recommend forearm swaps as a good prerequisite?

    cheers!

  • The fact is, you have more inner balance than me and you did a whole lot more of them too.

    I'm impressed.

  • I agree with u Tim !!!

    peace

  • i agree with u 100% that other guy did not invent the tiger bend

  • lol the description x

  • i agree matey

  • I agree with you 100% that is NOT enough to make it your own.

  • nice <!!!!!!!!!!!!

    0,ov

  • thats good that youre humble like that. Its the best way to improve :). some people get too cocky and I believe that would get in the way of your training.

I have the pushups on a dvd the group made in the summer, I will try to upload the part with the pushups. I also want the "inventer" of the tiger bend to see it lol.

    Keep training!

  • finally decided to read the york book all the way =) rly interesting stuff

  • I perform with a guy at venice beach who can do 10 plus of these, super clean and super fast, with no kicking. But he's been doing it for 10+years... Youre doin good at it. I dont know what that guy is talking about u have no inner strength. And he can claim he invented the move, because he sucked at it, enough to know he hasnt been doing it for very long

  • I will post a video shortly. timmyconditioning over all takes the guy on handstands, but as far as pushups go, the guy i'm talking about, i think he would do more. i'll post a video. its one thing to talk and another to actually do. i have to admit, timmyconditioning has amazing strength.

  • You're the man.

  • another reason why your tiger bend is better is because you hold it for quite a long time then you do another one ;) nice one!

  • very nice it looks really easy if you do it, but i already found out it isnt

  • healthy, cool, keep training dude

  • yo tim

    you got him good

I can do like 8 reps or 9, easy move as hell. it's time to go to a next level with this stuff

  • Just wondering how much do you weigh? i am curious because i don't know if i am to heavy for these types of moves.

  • I am quite heavy I would like to be much lighter then I am, I'm about 12 n half stone (75 kg)

  • Yeah same problem here man. I weigh about 83kg at 6'1.5 I would also like to be lighter because i am know where near as strong for my weight at the moment for these moves. Thanks for the reply dude.

  • Completely agree with you buddy, That guy doesn't know what he's talking about. You showed him.

  • hm? i saw your video of straddle planche

  • Can u get planche from mastering handstands? please, i have to kno.

  • Nice can of ownage you displayed there mate :) Be sure to check out the video clip Usher - U-turn. At 2:43 you see the very same move, started from handstand. So you, I'll agree with you that it's very hard to claim a move as your invention. Most stuff has been done before.

  • lol, ahh well you owned that guy thats for sure. I just dont understand why he said that you dont have inner strength, he's weird.

  • Is that even a challange for you?

  • He didnt even post a message...sad guy... this Cali.

  • kick ass. keep it going

  • i know i dont have the strength to do it but im gona try later anyway xD

il have the strength someday i hope :)

    keep it up man

  • Haha... taking a creation and changing it slightly by simply modifying certain elements is not a new creation - merely a variant of the original creation.

    *B*

  • CALISTHENICSKINGZ...

    oh my dayz,

you just got murked mate, you just got blazed.

  • You'd pawn that twat anytime and yeah, starting in different positions doesn't mean you invented the thing. Good one on you bro, haha, I bet he felt stupid after watching your video

  • Dude bboy crumbs is doing this like 5 times in a row and he is scissoring.

    He didn't ivent shyat.

  • u know that guy is jus a prick dont take no notice of him - hes blatantly jus some egotistic cunt, i mean look at his page, with him in the background pulling off some "look at me im a muscle man" pose and his lil finishinposes at the end of each vid lol

  • Sweet bro, i need to work them, stupid things. haha

  • conditionings 4 ever!!!!!!!!!!!!^^

  • haha nice LOL

  • nice one man!

lol,you get 13 comments in a day and i dont even get that much in 1 month xD

    how come you're never msn?^^

  • Areed. lolting

  • You are strong as hell to do that kind (feat strnght )of body lift. Your are look big hope flex them sometime.

  • Haha one more youtube perv for the list, go on Tim, flex those babies for us.

  • Nice work, those aren't easy. I don't know what that guy is talking about.

  • Old School move. What's the Difference if you start from standing om your hands or on your elbows? you still have to go up down up or down up down to count it as one. and if you stand in one of the two locked posisions for a few seconds it doesn't make that big of difference.

And if this guy claims that you don't have this "inner strength", he isn't a subscriber.

It stands in the YHC that the record he has heard about is 17 reps. How many can you do?

    Respect from Sweden

  • sorry, but what's "the york handbalance book" i'm assuming it's a de facto standard for handstands... well from the yoga that i do, it just looks like a forearm stand... which isn't really an invention...

but honestly timmy, don't get riled up over nothing. there are arrogant people on youtube, just gotta ignore them.

  • I'll post a link to it in the description because I cant post links in comments :)

Thanks for all the support guys!

  • that is an old either yoga or tai chi move called the scorpion but thet've just changed the name... not in a bad way just like in kick-boxing it's a roundhouse kick & in tae kwon do it's a turning kick.

  • really?! I did Tae Kwon Do when I was a kid and we called it roundhouse kick, that's if we're talking about the same kick :P. lol but my master was pretty hardcore and didn't like the 'watered down' version of martial arts that you can see at the us & canada.

  • thanks for the links tim, that's a pretty helpful book and thorough. yea, the book even has a giant picture of it and he's still claiming it? =\ guess it's some pride thing where you try something new and experiment and claim whatever you make ignoring the fact that people in the past did that too.

/ stand on the shoulders of giants.

  • sick tim

    yea i agree

  • :) one new exercise for my winter holidays, thx man:)

  • sick man awsome musal control

  • hey bro,nice new vid.

  • I agree

  • sick man thats so cool

  • very nice livewire!! i can do handstands good but not on my elbows at all lol

    Peace, Morris

  • 4 damn good reps of one of the best conditioning exercises right there OLD SKOOL

  • BTW this is been around for ages since the york book is 60? years old and its described there making variations is good, but still the same exercise nevertheless
