The game is supposed to Auto save. Make sure your Hard drive is plugged in to your Xbox and you're signed into an account on your Xbox.

You can find this Paintball card on the second to last level. As soon as you can controll your player, go left across the street until you reach the subway. Go down the stairs and there is your card.

There is a Death Card found on the second to last mission right at the start that'll give you the paintball option. But, unless you have xbox live, the most the deathcard will do for you is just give you a achievement.

On the mission "Heart of the Reich" when you start, turn left and go straight until you hit a wall, then go left down the metro stairway and it's sitting right there.
