To be precise, it says, on the back cover and not specific to the song itself, "Songs by Leonard Cohen & Anjani." If one assumes that means they collaborated on each song, then yes, credit apparently can go to both.

I can't find what your talking about on my Dear Heather (CK 92891) back cover, My CD package has lyrics thru the book with the composers listed under each song title. But no composers are mentioned on the back cover.
