I say the Reverend Payton band at floydfest 7. Fantastic band, high energy, he is one of the best blues picker, that I have ever seen. Please come back to floydfest next year

That previous comment must have been posted by a woodbox gang girlfriend. Woodbox gang isn't even in the same league as the Big Damn Band, not songwriting, showmanship, musicianship, or class. The Rev. Peyton is one of the finest musical artists in the country right now. To think that someone would come and comment here in that way to boost their boyfriend"s bands is sad.

Yah they are sooo much better than youtube even lead me to belive.They are still not as good as the Woodbox Gang and I think that the majority of the crowd was there to see the Gang, nut I'd go see Rev's by themselves now.Bought both the Cd's they were selling and talked with the Rev a good 15 minutes and got a hat signed...nice guy .

Rev plays perfectly normal guitars with six strings each. The secret, as with any excellent guitar playing, is not the guitar but the player. I have a couple of videos I just put up that features the Rev explaining his technique.
