@rzadigi These types are no grain amaranth. The seeds on Amaranthus australis are extremely small. The seeds are not much bigger than the size of a grain of pepper. The seeds from Amaranthus cannabinus (tidalmarsh amaranth) are much larger, and could be possibly used for grain. I've found the cross between a A. australis and a A. cannabinus produce seeds similar in size to the A. cannabinus.
