Well Tibetan monks do it in much lower pitch, but your throat singing is great too. I'd say you're Tuvan or Mongolian if i had heard the sound only.

Supporting your diaphram is sitting up straight as to allow easy air flow through your lungs. You want to fill your lungs completely and push the same amount of air through consistently.
