@grandtheftautowwe you have to do like 2 or 1 mission(s) and then press up on your d pad to get your phone out and press up again (wen your phone is out) type in any of these cheats then press A and it will saty cheat enabled and press up on the d pad once and go to your cheats at the bottom press a and there you have it hope this helped but be warned you can't get achievements. :)

Yeah, everyone knows GTA 4 cheats suck, Rockstar has taken most fun things out of this game. I hope the next game is in San Andreas. Anyway, GTA 4 is one of the first games to have the exact same cheats on different systems. And DO NOT SAVE after enableing any cheats, this will corrupt all of the saved data. And by "achevements" this means meeting the next charecter or winning the game will be impossible using the previous save if a cheat is enabled.

i'm just wondering because the game never gave me trophys before i ever cheated. it also never said anything was blocked when i did use cheats. but now it does since i started playing online is that why??

they block em for the hole game but i think that even if you have achived them they are blocked anyway

I started a new game and typed in the cheats and of course it says certain trophies are blocked but I saved it and reset the game and when it reloaded it said load complete trophies now available...so I guess it doesnt block them forever.

I still cant figure out why the first time I ever played the game and used cheats it didnt say anything was blocked.
