This phone sucks. I've had mine since 09 & i've hated it since. It's boring & that tv crap...idk why that's even there. Now my battery sucks, so when I'm on the phone, it shuts off after a minute unless I have it on the charger. And it freezes up.

my vu just randomly turns off and i cant turn it back on unless i take the battery out and this happens a couple times a day. today at school, there was a blue screen on it and it was really weird i dont know how to describe it. sometimes it also goes to an emergency download page and i dont know how it gets there. there is no water damage, and i dont know whats wrong. Agreed, people complain about this phone, or any phone for that matter. We have really high standards and except it to do everything....If you are complaining it's not an iPhone...Buy an iPhone, if you are complaining you don't like the touchscreen by a non touch screen! People who say they go through 5 or 6 phones a year...WTF, I change a phone every 2 years and never have any problems(maybe freezing every now and then...but I deal with it). I am by no means easy on my phones either

I have had this phone for 2 months, and so far nothing has really stood out to me about it. The touch screen is highly inaccurate and it locks up while making calls, speaking into a voicemail, or texting. And if you are a texter then don't get this as the qwerty keyboard and T9 type isn't all that great.

Scrolling is relatively easy. Messaging is extremely easy as, unlike the iphone, it screen is responsive to both finger tip and nail. Pictures are BEAUTIFUL with the 2.0 mp camera and videos lack some clarity. I had the vu for a few months and loved it until somehow the strip in the charger slot broke. this happened with a friend's vu too so if you get it be gentle with the charger!
