  • @diamondmakonese you won't find it in any of the online music stores such as amazon, itunes or cduniverse. You have to ask the person who uploaded it here to send you a music file...if he will :(

  • the language of the song is Tshiluba, and there is no word from French in this song

  • can't hold my tears any longer! this song is just taking me back some 20 years ago... Thank you guys for reviving our memories...

  • remember the night you sent me away

  • @boutcoeur Thanks so much for that translation. This lady is indeed the star she is. I don't speak or understand a word of her language but the anguish and pain in her voice as well as her body language conveys the content of her song just how you put. Thank you so much.

  • a scar of love.

remember the you send me away, i tried to plead (beg) with you. but you said i'm going back to my parents. now for me to come back unless you also marry my mother (it's a way of swearing that she's never coming back), remember i begged you till morning, instead bit me. i didn't forget cause the scar you did to me due to my jealousy is still on my neck. • What a song from the African Queen Tshala Muana

  • ludapepsful if you could do me that favor I'd be grateful. This song is not in itunes or amazon music

  • CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS SONG IS ALL ABOUT. I LOVE THIS SONG AND FOR SELFISH REASONS I WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS CORRECT IN MY ASSESSMENT. PRETTY PLEASE. THANKS

  • @chipochiroorwa Did you do an assesment

  • @ludapepsful I did not do to a critical analysis of this song at all, If you would look at all the comments I have made on this page then you would know exactly what I am talking. Anyway to save time all I asked in the previous correspondance was that watching the video some years back I almost felt as if Tshala wassinging about heartbreak from her body language. So all I was asking was , was I right in thios assessment. Simple!! I don't understand her languge and I genuinely wanted to know

  • @chipochiroorwa

It's a love story in which she is hurt. She professes her love for him but it's not reciprocated.

Even without understanding, this song is still one of the best ever!

  • @nsmr009 Thanks for that info. I love this song so much more now that I know what she is singing about.

  • @chipochiroorwa Titre: Cicatice d'amour

  • @chipochiroorwa She is the best african female artist ever

  • @chipochiroorwa: vuluka dilolo: remember the everning

.... so much with love.... even if she's in pain

  • Absolute MAGIC. What a wonderful song - Heavenly Harmony

  • This song sounds as though its about pain or sorrow. This is just a personal observation and not a fact Could anybody who understands her language further enlighten me. Watching this video in the 80s her body language gave me the notion that she is singing about something really sad. Though I associate it with pain this is truely a masterpiece and still evokes some emotions be they good or bad. True sign of a classic.

  • OMG!!! This is her best song ever! Thanks for posting. The video of this song is still the bomb! Thanks for posting.

    Artist: Tshala Muana

    Song title: CICCATRICE D'AMOUR

Arrangements: Le grand Aladji Toure. Africa Oyeeee!!!!!!
