  • thanks for sharing this video... :)

  • I've watched a lot of these red-curtain, drop-mic interviews with Mr. Lynch. However, I have to ask, what is the original source? Was it a part of a series of video blogs? Thank you!

  • I love this video. I find it ironic though that they're using a high quality microphone but the sound is horrible.

  • @TheOtherMic It's actually from Inland Empire. His version of 'Commentary', which is tons better than the normal take on it. Pick up a copy and you'll also learn from him how to make quinoa and hear a story while you wait for it to cook.

  • @TheOtherMic i am sure the video quality is not the original source and wasn't compressed for youtube by the original source. i am sure the original video has great sound quality.

  • I tryed meditation, Didn't do a thing for me.

  • I love how he wiggles his fingers to emphasize things

  • I love how he wiggles his fingers to emphasize things

  • meditation for me isn't about just being happy, and not feeling angry. it's about being happy, sad, angry, excited, anything, but seeing it for what it is. every feeling, every emotion, just accepting it for what it is, and when you do, it transforms.

  • If you tied this guys hands behind his back, he wouldn't be able to talk.

  • @lilvjdude but if you replace them with green tentacles

    communication would improve dramatically :)

  • David Lynch and the red curtains - iconic.

  • Don't ask him why he does that wiggling thing with his hands.

  • ...meditation to kids is by no means the same as "brainwashing" them. I suggest getting mad at, I dunno, say the HUGE Christian or Islamic RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS that brainwash kids all over the world all of the time. Try to think before you speak, sir. If you have to be angry at something, at least try to be angry at something that deserves it. Not at someone who's merely advocating that people be patient and think to be happier. I suggest you try some TM for yourself before you judge. Peace.

  • @ApollosPlayground I agree with you to some degree. Some people don't care for TM but find mindfulness to be just as effective. Unfortunately TM has been commercialized into something it is not.

  • @Zurie53225

Meditation is and should remain for free. For example mindfulness as you said.

  • It's ironic to me that we live in a world in which if someone advocates literally sitting and doing nothing, that person somehow trying to exploit someone else. Pretty sad, actually. Not everything is about trying to hurt others.

  • hear*

  • I just had my first true breakthrough with transcendental meditation. It is not a lie. And you do not need money, just guidance. And it's quite simple really. To save anyone who is interested the trouble, here are fundamental tips: If you here a ringing sound amidst total silence, focus just on that sound with your eyes closed. If you see a swirling light, focus on that as well. All I can say is that if you focus hard enough, you will feel an enormous surge of energy start at the top of the head

  • Everyone's a little crazy. Have fun and fuck what anybody else thinks.

  • Those crazy ass hands.

  • TM can be really helpful...but can be also very rentable for guys like Lynch...

I don't get why i have to pay to iniciate on this -_-

  • i medidate too much, i start to lose track of things that no longer seem important. im at uni so i have time to try things out but my degree willsuffer for it

  • FiND your own Path Or Walk in heavy Traffic. :"Wild Animals find their way in Wildernesses and Blind Bats Navigate "close to your nose, yet Man is Infinetly lost, and is Driven By Flatulent winds..searchin for where He's been..know thy self foretells; in secret gardens and silence, be well.

  • TM is a bit of a cult.

  • @jacobromu More than you know.

  • As helpful as meditation might be, TM is a huge ripoff. The German documentary David Wants to Fly exposes is for the scam it is. The filmmaker interviews Lynch and gets involved with TM himself, just to find out the true face of Maharishi and the whole movement. Everyone should see it just to see what's really behind Lynch's commitment.

  • @jogennotsuki That is ridiculous, man. You don't NEED to pay MONEY to meditate. And Lynch flat out tells everybody that. He uses the money (donations fyi) to build "peace palaces" which literally welcome ANYONE to meditate for FREE, and to travel to colleges to speak on how profound it has been for him. He has even paid to teach inner-city school children how to meditate. Try not to be so negative. There is not and never will be a whole "movement" without a certain trace of corruption.

  • @ApollosPlayground So the 2.380€ (approx. $3233) that is requested in CASH in Germany before a "certified" TM teacher is even willing to meet you and give you your personal mantra, without which "meditation is not possible" is no money to you, huh?

As to the glorious "peace palaces", are you referring to the IAC in Iowa where hundreds of Indians are being held without being allowed to ever leave the place? Or the wonderfully empty city of Brahmastan, where 10000 pandits are supposed to...

  • @ApollosPlayground ...bring world peace and instead there's around 40 of them? Millions have been spent on building that city and that money comes from blind followers.

And paying for "teaching inner-city school children how to meditate"? Uh-huh, by doing stuff like "yogic flying", right? By brainwashing children into religious nutjobs?By advertising scam drugs like Amrit, that supposedly heal AIDS? Who is responsible for the deaths of the people who die because they don't get normal treatment?

  • @jogennotsuki Ok, first of all, I am sorry that I somehow offended you. I was not speaking to you, but I will respond to you anyway. This is not about my self-righteousness. I have no need to fight with you, or anyone else for that matter. David Lynch's "peace palaces" are his own invention. I agree with you completely that people being forced to meditate in some kind of cult is horrifically wrong. No question. And I am not suggesting that there are not frauds and exploiters out there....

  • @ApollosPlayground However, I must clarify that I was speaking about DAVID LYNCH'S FOUNDATION. And no he DOES NOT teach YOGA FLYING (whatever the hell that is haha). I recommend doing some research on his foundation for some positive information on how meditation really does help. He, personally, is NOT making money off of this. I can understand that people advertising Armit to heal AIDS is wrong. How is that even remotely relevant to this topic, though? Finally, I must clarify that teaching...

  • @jogennotsuki I apologize. I did not realize that I had started this discussion with you. My mistake. I meant no ill will towards you. This posting thing on YouTube is relatively new to me. Take care.

  • @ApollosPlayground No need to apologize. Everything sounds angrier than we mean it on the internet. To clarify, I have nothing against meditation at all. But I can't tolerate TM exploiting and making money out of it.A true Yogi shares his knowledge for free. And I think it needs a little more than collective sleeping to achieve world peace, which is what organized TM is publicly aiming for.

&For the record, I have much more anger towards both Christianity and Islam, but that's a different story.

  • I am trying to use Meditation to seek my own creative-ideas from

  • I've tried so many times to meditate but I do not have the right kind of mind. I have awful attention span and my mind just wonders off thinking about stuff. Even when reading, I suddenly realise I've read like a whole chapter of a book but have not been taking notice...my mind was off thinking about something else, so I have to go back and read it all again. I am jealous of those who can switch off and free their mind.

  • @GhibliFan1 hey there--don't be so hard on yourself. I know exactly how you feel. I think anybody who is being honest does. Meditation really helped me improve my attention span dramatically even if 99.99999% of the time on the cushion my mind is chattering away like crazy especially when I was starting. I find the Zen counting breaths method works the best for me so far. Good luck.

  • @GhibliFan1

Just observe yourself in action without any choice.Than something new takes place inside of you, everything negative starts dissolving and there is just an awareness which is love, peace, creativity and huge positive energy. That's all I have to say.If you have any question just ask.

  • This internal document say it all: mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/tm-governor-course-2005.pdf.

  • David Lynch is doing amazing things with his foundation.

  • I think David Lynch is the only man in the world whom hands can star in a movie alone.

  • he also drinks 20 cups of coffee a day. How can you quiet your mind jacked up that much?

  • @sleestack808: he's ok. all the coffee goes into his hands leaving the head clear.

  • @sleestack808 Does he really drink that much coffee or is that an exaggeration?

  • @mikeisapro he does

  • well

real meditation it is that you do alone and no one even dosn't know what you are doing. And you must keep celibat and mental silence and hiden privat life without any communications.

TM is just light version, some kind of jin-tonic. Sweet.

  • simply amazing how simple and true this is.

  • how the fuck does this have 10 dislikes... people are so fucking stupid

  • @whitewalls1222 And now there are 11...I agree....It's just sad....

  • gingong do yourself a favour and check out what the david lynch foundation is doing for kids

    kids dont hide the truth

  • What is being said here, to me, goes hand-in-hand with "the Secret." Knowing what you want and going after it. Last year at this time, I was homeless with my two children on my daughter's third birthday; this year we celebrated her fourth birthday with a week in Grand California visiting Disneyland, Sea World, Universal Studios, Oceanside Beach, the Stratosphere and a ghost town. All due to learning how to meditate.

  • I like to kill deer....

  • Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet :D

  • @ckolic I don't understand what you mean

  • Yea, those hands say as much as his words. His movies are kind of crazy though.

  • @guitarpick678 Television, society, religion, new agers, parents, peers, experts, the list of bullshitters is endless.

  • @guitarpick678 Excellent! Relaxation and focusing techniques are simple to learn and should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Some of Lynch's other videos defend the high price of the meditation... excess of two thousand and you get your own ridiculous mantra! When they suck people in, they then hit them up for more money. I'm glad your not paying. Talk to you later.

  • @qigong1001 I feel the need to explain something to you. Having an experienced meditation teacher is very helpful for some people. Picture it like learning to play an instrument. Some people can teach themselves quite fine. But many need assistance. I do agree that high prices for such teachings are unfortunate, but I do not think that in a capitalist society, it is immoral to ask for money for expertise. In a perfect world, everyone would teach everyone for free. Peace, dude.

  • @ApollosPlayground You are going to "explain something" to me? Are you going to enlighten me? Is that really your intention? Why are u trying to justify bullshit prices to teach relaxation techniques which are freely available to everyone? And claiming expertise where none exist may be legal, but is immoral. Repackaging stress management techniques as "meditation" or "enlightenment" is thievery. Preying on the emotionally vulnerable is highly immoral.

  • @guitarpick678 An open mind person would understand that T.M. organizations charge inane amounts of money for simple stress management techniques repackaged as enlightenment and meditation. Also, the "maharishi effect" has been proven to be a lie. Further, Lynch's buddy John Hagelin (anointed Raja by the Maharishi) is a public liar, who faked research on how meditation can stop terrorism. I'll provide you the evidence upon request...that is, if you are "open minded. "

  • LYNCH is the MAN ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • As in CONMAN~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • its true happiness is not in the bible church but in yourself

  • Wonderful words, great man...

  • yeah, what medication should we take? i think shrooms will do the job..

  • Is he talking about meditation or medication?

  • i try to meditate and i feel like i am lying there doing nothing.

it makes me want to punch kittens

  • @BerryJoy That's okay. If you have things to get done I agree. Also check out synonyms for meditate and you'll see that you don't have to lie anywhere.

  • TM is the best thing you can learn in your life, for real.

  • I love his hand motions.

  • " transcendental meditation is what i want" there is a statement hahahaha :)

  • not to put down your method, but if you attached the mind to those ideas (even if they are brilliant creative ideas) you arent reaching toward awareness you are still clinging to the illusion of self. also relaxation is not the perpose of meditation. if you only consentrate on the good feelings you arent seeing the whole picture of mind and the flow it comes from

  • I've tried other techniques, but nothing I've tried works as good as Transcendental Meditation. I heard Russell Simmons and Moby say the very same thing. I've researched some of the 600 scientific studies on TM, and the benefits far outweigh anything you can buy with money.

TM is priceless -- it changed my life!

  • Everybody talks about the life changing benefits of TM. But no one ever explain it. Then I searched the web and found out its enormously expensive and you have to be thought by a teacher. Isn't there and alternative??

  • Hi RobindeValkNL -

I don't practice TM, but, IMO, the meditation that Buddhists (and earlier eastern types) have practiced for millenia is (essentially) the same thing that David Lynch is talking about. There are thousands of FREE resources online. I practice zazen, simple sitting (without chants or special "techniques"). It's changed my life ;-)

Start at "Treeleaf zendo"(google it) - Free access to a teacher, advice, and lots of other decent folk doing the same thing.

    Your search is over!

  • Oh...and you don't have to be a "Buddhist" of any description....The best Buddhists aren't "Buddhist", you know ;-)

  • Thanks a million for the information. I'll give it a glance. Take care, peace.

    Non Buddhist:)

  • @RobindeValkNL sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe deeply and let your mind wander for a while.

  • Hi syd! That sounds more like taking a nap to me ;)

There are, of course, many different favours and styles of "meditation". FWIW, I do zazen - sitting cross-legged with butt on a cushion (raises the butt above the kness), with a straight back, with eyes open (you wouldn't wear ear-plugs - why close eyes?). I don't try to think of stuff. I don't try NOT to think of stuff. I just sit in a relaxed, but alert way for about halfhor, and let it be. Liberating!

Loved The Madcap Laughs, BTW :)

  • Happiness is great. And TM gives me a lot of it.

  • Eh, happiness is overrated. Where's some meditation that focuses on negativity? I want to be like Eeyore.

  • @theboombody

    lolololol

  • Sane people are in disguise.

  • Nothing he says here is crazy. I think Lynch is one of the few SANE people around.

  • @Manwithcam

    Yup.

  • You can achieve all the things he "preaches" without the religious bull shizzle...and he's crazy haha kudos giantman.

  • hes crazy, which is why he's so brilliant.

  • I seriously think David Lynch is a crazy person.

A genius, but a god damned crazy person.

  • but in positive way, of course!!!

  • If you just think this, you've never saw his "Eraserhead" I couldn't sleep for 3 days man

  • TM is the BJJ of religion, or is that Zen?

  • Om Shanti

  • Going inward to that level does not require TM training. However some people may choose that route. Kind of the long & expensive way around but it is one way. Really nothing external is required to 'get there.' Information can come from researching old & new texts. Experiencing & understanding can also happen spontaneously. One may or may not need a 'teacher.' If so certainly not for more than the initial learning & support as ideally they would encourage authority from within the Self.

  • You're right that TM and Zen meditation are VERY different. Zen revolves around concentration, while TM is just the opposite: concentration is not involved at all.

TM, however, is certainly not antithetical to enlightenment - in fact, its very purpose is to develop consciousness.

  • LOL.

    "Zen revolves around concentration"

To inform you, Zen uses a method of meditation called "Zazen" which directs the individual to NO aim/direction at all and just simply sits in pure awareness.

Spare the comparisons. Different licks for different kicks. =) The destination will always be the same.

  • i think i just found my real dad!!!!!

  • lol

  • i love watching his hands...

  • @ThingsWeSaidToday Have you seen the parody videos by NotDavidLynch?

  • @ThingsWeSaidToday and all that jazz

  • @ThingsWeSaidToday You should see how he puffs a cigarette - pure badass.

  • this guy is really cool - I want to learn this meditation he talks of...

  • that microphone looks pretty cool, doesn't it? Looks like Neumann U47 to me tho i'm not sure.

  • It looks more like a soundelux 251.

  • What the hell is he doing with his bands? What is he feeling up a ghost?

  • Wish I could afford it.

  • There are enough resources about this to not have to take classes on it, but I know what you mean. I don't like the $2,000 a class thing....

  • Know what you mean, a director selling coffee with his name on it..reaks to commercial? But who doesn't want to have his own special coffee? I heard he really likes coffee, so.. totally good move.

  • All tm is doing is trying to make a living, if you do not have the money, you can learn other meditation techniques. there are 100s of meditation techniques, and there are many ways to enlightenment.

  • 2)Again, this would only be the case if the idea resonates with you in a good way. Otherwise, just take 20 minutes a day to sit and still your mind, and see what happens. You can learn to meditate with only your good intentions to guide you. I have SO appreciated those that Ive paid along the way to help me with my journey. They have expedited my process and have been given the funds to be able to help others.

  • 1)As someone who has been meditating for years, I can attest to the benefits that I feel in my life. The joy, peace, and overall wellbeing are astounding. As far as the cost of this or any program, Id have to say its worth it if: the idea resonates with you. Money is an amplifier of ideas and desires. If you feel that you could get some good out of a meditation course, all I can say is that on the other side of it youll probably feel that you would have paid ten times the amount!

  • wow, why is David Lynch supporting putting a price on calm, inner peace and creativity? Way out of touch? All this TM seems like BS, making a heirarchy of peacefulness, so sad.

Can't we embrace peace without $, especially in times of such great inequality/disparities?

  • They never seem to be able to provide a good answer for that one. I agree with you!

  • Dailyshowme is absolutely on the "money." Because that is what this is all about...a marketing scam. "You are not happy, because you are not transcended." They create this unreachable myth of "transcendence" which can only be reached temporarily by self delusion...enough time to take your money. Typical cult.

  • what in the hell are you talking about?

  • I went to his introduction of transcendental meditation here in Iceland yesterday, it was pretty interesting.

He almost sold his meditation stuff to me (he is very, very good with words), but then I saw the price-tag. There's no chance I can blow the amount of money they're asking for to learn some meditation.

I'm a big fan of his stuff, but I wonder why he endorses such expensive classes. The meditation is more effective when done by large numbers of people, right? Oh well.

  • If you think it might work for you, I bet you could get a really good book from your library. Maybe not perfect, but a first step.

  • Yeah, that's true. A funny coincidence: One of my teachers at school turned out to be one of the head honchos at the official transcendental meditation thing here in Iceland - he was up on the stage with Mr. Lynch himself (I am sort of envious). Perhaps I'll be able to get a discount. *laughs*

Just out of interest: Have you tried the technique, Deadlytoque?

  • No, I'm not particularly new-agey myself. I find I get by just fine on self-confidence and love of the natural world.

  • i agree. there is a basic truth to all things that can be agreed on. I dont think art can be purely subjective as many people seem to think.

  • yeah right his hands are crazy!

  • David Lynch is organizing to teach 1 million at risk kids to learn Transcendental Meditation! Thanks David - this will help the world sooooooo much!

  • His hand movements are insane!

  • shut up, you are boring me

  • thanks david

  • I agree that was a great comment

  • Schaut euch lieber im Internet die Infos über diese Sekte an und lasst die Finger davon.

gebt in google für umfangreiche Informationen ein: Der Maharishi-Konzern

  • please apply to be our candidates for Youtube wars 2009! free hats!

  • Mediation? Fine, it's good and works and all that. Transcendental Meditation (which is trade marked btw) which you HAVE to pay for... hmmm... it probably does work but the concept of being forced to pay for something like this stinks of greed and corruption. If I found a way to make all mankind happy, I would certainly give it away for free (after maybe 6 months of charging for it :p).

  • maybe he should mediate on story ideas a bit more.

  • Maybe you should meditate on how prosaic you are.

  • Me? Prosaic? I'm more interesting than Thomas Aquinas in the abstract. And, why would i waste time thinking about myself when david lynch is so deep? I'll just watch one of his movies and get some deep insight into my life. give me a fucking break. There is nothing new under the philosophical sun.

  • Okay, okay, you're not prosaic. You are wonderful (and mildly incoherent). Feel calmer now?

My point was, the last thing Lynch needs to work harder at are his 'stories'.

  • Have you seen inland empire?he wrote the movie with the intention of having no plot or coherent story line. So don't tell me that he has strong story lines( except elephant man which he co-wrote)because he clearly doesn't. Thats his niche in the film industry;symbolic, artsy movies that leave room for interpretation. But If the meaning of a film is completely subjective then the film might as well not exist. Its the equivalent of having a word in the dictionary thats definition says you decide.

  • I have seen Inland Empire and I am not trying to call that a 'story' in the traditional sense. I'm not even going to say IE is any good either because frankly I was bored and annoyed by it, but I don't let that reaction worry me any more as I get that to lots of things I eventually end up loving. All I mean is you don't need a story to create something interesting or compelling. I also apologise for my first post as it was silly of me to reply in that manner.

  • Although i understand what you mean, i dont think it applies to David lynch. The "symbolism" in his films are useless because they provide insights to a plot that doesn't exist. Like you I often find myself liking things that i previously hated. But thats because i finally understand them. But most D.L films don't offer anything to understand, they are intended to be incomprehensible. And no offense taken by your other post.lol

  • I didn't have space to say this last time but I don't have a problem with subjective symbolism. Something like Waiting for Godot has hundreds of different interpretations and Beckett never illuminated on any of them. Yet it's considered to be a great and important work. I am not sure it can be said Lynch has no real meanings though, he just doesn't say what they are. If you make something definite you can kill it. If he said "This means this", that's the magic and discussion over with.

  • Listening to this interview makes me think that he doesn't know what his movies are about. I also don't have a problem with subjective symbolism, assuming that its done on the back drop of something that prods me to looker deeper into it. Symbolism is good when its coupled with an interesting storyline. D.L films don't hold my interest very well tho. Even so, i do think his films were a necessary evil. Theyre extreme experiments of structure that influenced many modern writers and film makers.

  • I bet you think that you're "that movie guy" huh? You think you're fucking clever and what you see in his films is right. Go beat your father/fuck your mother dip-shit. You're a pathetic disciple of imbecility. An imprudent cum-sucker, thriving on nonsense. An unwise child trifling fetal alcohol syndrome. Get the fuck outta here Mr. Film.

  • No ur wrong. its not that i don't understand his films, its that i see through the psuedointelectual bull shit. I don't think that all his films are meaningless. Nothing can mean nothing. But i do think hes a kubrick copy cat who falls short of greatness.Maybe i am "Mr.film", but u think u know more about film than i do, therefore u also r "Mr.Film". If you'd like to argue about art with me try not to make stupid personal insults, thats the first sign of a weak argument. Its called ad hominem.

  • A minute ago you claimed his films do not mean anything, now "nothing is meaningless" get your head out of your ass you fucking contradicting question mark. In no way are his films trying to be Kubrick, he has own style that, obviously many people do not understand. Him not speaking thoroughly of his films doesn't mean he doesn't know what they mean. People do this so that others can find its own significance. I think what you were trying to spell was pseudointellectual. Yeah you forgot an "L"

  • 1.ur a moron. when i say nothing means nothing,i'm reffering to a broader philosophical standpoint, and yet his films can still mean nothing to me within that realm. ur the person who thinks he understands philosphy and art, but u dont. to me it comes to the development of consciousness, which is the origin of language and conceptual metaphor. We learn through art,and we learn from art.You should understand that considering u r a pot smokin hippy who reads books on existentialism in order to

  • Your message board incompetence is an inspiration to botched lobotomy patients everywhere. Dullard, do yourself & everyone else a favor: disconnect your computer from the Internet. Thanks for your contribution, but if I had wanted to hear from somebody with your IQ, I'd be at my local supermarket talking to the vegetables. I see you've set aside this special time to humiliate yourself on the Internet. Well, you're certainly thoughtless; I just wish that you were keyboard-less, too.

  • 2.feel the finger of someone more intelligent up ur ass. Lynch's films intended meaning has little relevance to anybody with a brain tho, i dont need him to make deep philosophical insights for me, thats can be done elsewhere. its a waste of time. And your right his films r "art". but so is shit smeared in the shape of a smily face. Its mental masturbation for people without a clue. And around 1/2 of ur sentences are grammatically incorrect, its Youtube asswipe.

  • When your false pities was handing out personalities, you must have been holding the door. You're so boring, even a boomerang wouldn't come back to you. You have the warm personal charm of a millipede & about as much class as a bucket of mucous lodged on top of a dumpster in a Blue Light district of New Jersey. Maybe you wouldn't read like such a pathetic loser if you weren't intellectually slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through a vat of chunky peanut butter;

  • if your weren't so fat that the elephants throw you peanuts at your local Zoo, or if your face wasn't the strongest form of natural contraception available. No, come to think of it, you would. In conclusion, thank you. We were all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view. You try way too hard being the know it all. You were obviously that fatass with the parathyroid gland condition that always lost as a child, so now you're trying to break even. Get the fuck outta here Christian.

  • What the fuck r u talking about? Im not claiming to now it all. Im only 18, and just happened to be smarter than u. David lynch is for people who r smart enough to realize that there is symbolism but, fall short in realizing that its symbolic of nothing more than the subconscious realizations of a man who has nothing to show for himself as a writer, or thinker. What r u gettin at? Do u have an arguement or r u that pseudointellectual douchebag that lynch attracts like flies to a pile of shit?

  • Your a loser. Listen to yourself. Do you always stroke ur ego like that in public? U know what pustule and lacerated mean!!! u must be really really smart! what the fuck r u thinking? listen to urself. Go cordorize ur vas deferens with an iron. ur a fuckin trani with a pencil dick in search of an idea and a dildo large enough to fill ur gaping ass hole. Go fuck ur self moron. . U talk more whit than i dump on ur moms face, and thats alot. ur douche bag.

  • but that is YOUR interpretation. You cannot expect all people who see his work to feel like you..........or me, etc

  • agreed. art is up for interpretation. i'm just highly opinionated .lol

  • good ideas don't fight

  • You try too hard at trying to being that know-it-all-arrogant-dipshit. I already schooled you, you're just back tracking now, so I'm talking shit just cuz you're a cocksucker. It's not part of my argument, you're just a pathetic. Mr. "tries-really-hard-at-trying -to-make-an-image-of-myself-that-is-not-me-on-the-internet-to-people-who-don't-give-a-shit -about-me" Lynch's films are art, regardless of what you think, that's what makes them good that there are people like you to disagree.

  • both of take a deep breath.

  • How do the plots in his films not exist?? Just because you cannot see his aesthetic, or any relevance to what he makes besides the Elephant man, doesn't mean that there is not plot. You can find what he means somewhat, but with any good art it is ambiguous. You're gonna tell me that Eraserhead doesn't mean anything? Mulhulland Dr. doesn't mean anything? I see the plot in his stories, perhaps they are just beyond your feeble mind. Stick a cock up your mothers fucking cunt cocksucker.

  • This is beyond you, the idea of knowing thy self is totally Greek to you. To get deep you don't just have to watch his films, you can actually explore your own consciousness with effort. Everyone has different methods of translating their thoughts and applying them to their everyday social lives. If you did this then you'd truly know what lies within yourself to become what ever it is you'd like to become and find happiness.

  • you obviously didn't understand that i was joking. I spend a lot of time "meditating", as you might call it.However i call it abstract and objective thinking. I dont need to pay money or take a course in order to think "deeply".

  • a man of exploration

    :)

  • his hand gestures crack me up

    :D

  • yeah...:D lool
