  • Do you know if you could possibly run it via arduino? or whats the controler you used, and was it cheap?

  • what kind of engine you use for this projector. Stepper Motors?

what kind of engine you use for this projector. Stepper Motors?

  • Great scanner.

  • Ok i have two hard drives actuators working as galvos, but.. How do you motors works? With parallel port or just frequencies? Please help me D:

    Thanks

  • I love your stepper motors :3

    I have a question.. Can i move up/down right/left a laser with only a DC motor? Thanks

  • nice very nice

  • I think its 7-9 kpps...

  • Where can I get circuit scheme for this project?

  • WHERE i CAN BUY DOES THINGS ? PLZ RSP ME !

  • looks like the mot-1 scannerset every step=18°

  • NICE!!!!

  • where did you get this motors?any data about them? what patterns can you create with it?

  • heey nice work!

Can you tell me where ya got the stepper motors?

Because I have some old Epson printer which could possibly do the trick. THX!

  • how many steps does have this stepper motor ?

  • Sorry, but I am really not sure.

I got the setup second hand, and I never could find any good specs on it.

It is quite a bit though, the increments are so small that even curved shapes like a circle are fairly smooth.

  • @jticejtice Can you send me scheme for motherboard plzz??

  • ile stopni na krok mają te silniki ?

  • wow fuck dats tight!

  • pretty awesome stuff. any chance you could provide a bit more instructions about the build?

    again, neat stuff

  • Hmm considering making my own one... all I need is a motor and a mirror right? and obviously the laser.

  • What I have shown in this vid is a bit more complicated. It has two stepper motors (one for X one for Y)controlled by a computer.

You can however, make an elipse with just motors, as I have shown on my sites laser page.

  • So far I have made a simple little thing. I have a small board of wood with a small motor screwed down and powered by batteries. The motor has a small mirror at an angle on it and when its turned on and the laser is shined on it I can make a perfect circles on the wall. Like I said its simple.

  • Now make another one just like that, and make it reflect into the other one. Make sure the mirrors are offset to each other, and it will make the ellipse.
