  • Isn't it mind?? For wind I mean.

  • How peaceful, such mysticism...<3

  • nice voice, too bad wiccan messages have colored the white candle and red and black candles of older witchcraft messages.. perhaps the arts will reveal this as she gets more wise...

  • This makes me happy in so many happy ways.

  • This is one of my favorite Chants, I absolutly love this song. Thank you for posting it.

    Blessed Be.

  • @FlairWitch i was just lucky enough to meet her at a recent show how i was so mesmerized by her enchanting voice !

  • Awesome^^

  • this song is both talent and powerful my family taught me to sing at the circles because of the energy reqired to sing and i still sing even tho i am a self practicer i beleave it kepps m true wish in the craft and i love to sit and lessson to the storys in song form so few wiccans do it anymore yet u feel more alive when u do

  • did anyone notise that on the itunes version of this song she somehow got the directions of earth and fire mixed up???

  • This is pure bliss .

And a picture of my godess at the start what could be better ?

    Thankyou wendy

  • A magnificent song full of strength and power. Aelwyndaeira, your pictures accent the song beautifully, both the melding and the contrasts are wonderful. I watched the video six times. Now I see one you have done to Brigid . . . I better go see that!

  • Wendy's Spirit is Wonderful and Rich!

I love how she comes across!

  • I find this song inspirational. In our rituals the corners are spoken, I can only imagine that song would only help to raise the energy. The whole sound /s of the song are seductive. Perhaps another way of worshiping the goddesses. I have reffered some of our ladies to this and I think we shall be doing something at our next ritual based on song. Thanks very much for the inspiration. Blessings x

  • Does anyone know where to get the copy of her northern version of the circle song?

  • dudes leave witchcrafting that cant be good

  • thank you for introducing me to the best damn singer i heard in my lifetime!

  • Hallo Wendy,

Long time no see/hear :) Last time was at Mojos in Freo - I broke a string and had to "improvise" *grin*.

Le beannachdan agus dùrachdan (With blessings and good wishes),

Ruiseart Alcorn (Gaelic Druid Order, Scotland).

  • divine...

  • just perfect

  • I love this song! I actually just downloaded it off of iTunes, and the words are a little different...it switches "north" and "south" but keeps everything else the same. ie "the south, the star, the silent earth..." and "the north, the sun, the flame, the fire..." Could someone clarify which it should be? Thanks!

  • It depends on what part of the world you are in. The one heard here is for people in the northern hemisphere. The one you downloaded is the original, for the southern hemisphere. She is from Australia but tours the world, so both versions are available.

  • HOW CONSIDERATE :D

  • @mataides I haven't heard the version you are speaking of, but Earth is North, and Fire is South.

  • maybe it depends on the hemisphere you live in

  • I love it. :-)

  • She went to Our Haven and did the circle ritural.

  • I love this music and i would love to sit in the circle with Wendy during a ritual..This speaks to my inner soul..Wendy rocks

  • I was lucky enough to be at circle with Wendy one Samhain. You haven't lived until you hear her sing this live before a ritual. Awesome lady.

  • @WitchyWitch1966

OMG are you serious??? where are these circles? i want to attend?

  • @WonderWomanFan4life any wiccan can lead u to a circle they r open places and filled with power

  • @chrislostangel

    thank you..

  • @WitchyWitch1966 your so lucky =)

  • hello... could someone please email me the words to this song i would love to us it as a chant i love it!

  • I am agreeing with several commens below, yes the geometric shapes made beautiful patterns and yess they mean something of the energies, the reason they were chosen to be representatives was because they could do BOTH, it is true that much knowledge has been lost to us future generations, but I am proud to be of a beleif system which dates back to humans themselves, Blessed Be. Nights Daughter Acaria.

  • gorgeous and enchanting

  • Another terrific tune by Wendy Rule, and the video graphics are fabulous -- thanks for sharing and posting this.

  • this is one of my fav songs of hers. when ever i cast my circle i always use this song as the invocation. )O( blessed be wendy

  • The reason for this is actually based in science. Many of the ancient religious beliefs (in their pure original forms) were based on the science of Sacred Geometry (but the original knowlege was lost through the ages). The circles (in ritual practices) in this case are actually representative of the natural magnetic field differentiation around the planet (energy work). The ancient religions (in their pure form) knew the actual sacred science of the natural geodynamics of this planet.

  • ??? I have a question: Do we as Pagans ever stop to think about what we say. We know certain knowledge was Sacred but that Knowledge was lost? How do we know if it was sacred since it was lost? That really makes no sense.

I am Pagan and proud, but sometimes what we are expected to believe is ridiculous. If the ancients knew that, dont you think they would have the smarts to preserve the knowledge? Geometric patterns are just that...they make pretty pictures and that is why they were used.

  • Very good point. "Sacred Knowledge" lost (or "original science" lost) means we don't [seem to] know how to build pyramids the way the originals did - or why they were built. We don't know how to build "Stonehenge", or how or why the lines on the Nazca Plains were even constructed. We speculate, we assume, we hypothesize. And yet this Sacred Science" is very evident in our pagan holidays, solstice, equinox, etc., and these were set up indeed according to a very precise and ancient science.

  • i fail to see thediffrence between the normal one and north. but what ever the diffrence they are all amazing./

  • the difference is depending on which hemisphere you live just how you cast your circle. Wendy Rule is from the southern hemisphere (Australia) so when a circle is cast there they go from east THEN TO THE NORTH, when we cast our circles in the northern hemisphere we go from the east to the south, then west then north. Blessed Be, The lady Ella

  • i know that but there is two diffrent versions of this song there is the north song and just the circle song. i looked it up on itunes and the have both versions and i failed to see the diffrence between the songs.

    blessed be,

    high preistess of the goddess

    anette spellcroft

  • this is driving me crazy. Wendy Rule says you can download this song from her myspace but I've been looking for hours. Can somebody help me find a download link? I tried itunes, but that was the normal non-north one. :(
